Un1teees expertise is exactly what I had hoped for. They are extremely professional, patient, knowledgable, and very very thorough.I didnt know what I needed or what to do, but I knew I needed someone other than godaddy or microsoft customer service.I was at the end of my rope, frustrated with software updates, calendars that wouldnt sync, keeping my emails and site secure, having my emails delivered and not sent to spam. I knew I had to update my computers soon and their direction on the hardware that best suited my needs was invaluable.I recommend them highly and without reservation, they will save you A LOT of time and money.

We reached out to Stephen when the owner of our existing IT company unexpectedly passed away. We really had know idea what to do or what to expect. We thought we were good since everything was in the cloud. Far from it! Stephen stepped in during the transition and regained access to email accounts, which would have crippled our company. He is incredibly knowledgable and has a strong desire to do the right thing!

Our company has been working with Un1tee for a few months and its been night and day compared to how we were doing things before. We get fast responses, there is great organization within the company when it comes to tickets, and if the issue is big enough it gets escalated quickly. Stephen is always there with suggestions for solutions or improvements. One of the biggest thing Un1teees team has been assisting us with is the office/salesforce integration. Weve had a few issues trying to do that in the past, and now we are able to fully utilize the CRM though our outlook. Our favorite thing about Un1teee is the drive to solve problems, we know that if (when, lets be real) we have an issue there will be people actively trying to fix it instead of reading support scripts.

This IT Firm is hands-down the best I have worked with. Always available and responsive. They even come by the office and show face time WITHOUT being called for help.Always a live person, no automation, and will work on the problem until there is a solution.I would recommend Un1tee to anyone who has reservations about working with an IT company or is currently unhappy with theirs.
