Tech Dr. Tim is AMAZING! Being new to the area, I wasnt sure where to take my computer. I saw the excellent reviews and Tim was the first and only person I called. His prices were very reasonable and he went above and beyond what Id expected, which honestly surprised me. He explained everything to where an average person not very computer knowledgeable, such as myself, could understand. I wouldnt take my computer anywhere else. Tim was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what it was my computer needed and was able to fix it quickly. He called me back several times after thinking about what I had told him was going on with my computer, before even having my computer, in order to help me troubleshoot the problem and figure out what exactly was going on with it in order to prevent wasting time on things that were not the problem. He knew what it was before even bringing him my computer. I really appreciate all of his help and I highly highly recommend his services to anyone needing repairs or even general help with their technology. I will definitely be back if I need any help with any of my computers. He even offered an upgrade to my system, which I appreciated and gladly accepted. Tims the man to go to when dealing with computer issues regardless of how complex they may seem. Tim knows what hes doing. You wont be disappointed by his prices or his work. Hes very reasonable in the pricing range as well. Ill be back in the future Im sure because I do have several other computers and somethings bound to happen eventually and theres no other place Id take them. Really cool guy. I highly recommend going to Tech Dr. Tim and wouldnt bother wasting my time going anywhere else for my computer issues.

We called RB Electrical Service because we wanted a few things done in our new home: recessed lights in the bedrooms, additional lighting in the garage, a couple of dedicated circuits, and fan switches swapped out for ones with timers. Brian, the owner, came to our home to discuss the job and give us an estimate. He arrived on time, was very polite and patient with us, and offered a very fair price. We had gotten a couple of other quotes from licensed and insured electricians prior to contacting RB Electrical Service; one quote was higher and one was lower, but we felt most comfortable with Brian, both personally and professionally.The day of the job, Brian and two electricians, Tom and Jaime, showed up on time and after Brian unloaded all of the materials, Tom and Jaime quickly got to work. They did a great job. The recessed lights look clean and provide us with even and ample lighting. As a woman, I probably shouldn’t be so excited about the LED shop lights in the garage, but I am! The builder installed two really weak fluorescent lights in the garage, but the new lighting is super bright and very functional. The dedicated circuits mean we can use computer equipment without lights flickering and use gym equipment without tripping the breaker.We were so pleased with RB Electrical Service that, two weeks later, we called them again to put a couple more recessed lights and an outlet in the walk-in closet. Tom again did an excellent job. He’s so friendly, knowledgeable, and he was even kind and thoughtful enough to put down protective covering on the floor, vacuum during and after the job, and wipe a few fingerprints off the attic access panel! We were once again impressed with the level of care and attention to detail.I can’t say enough good things about RB Electrical Service. I warned them that we’ll be calling them out again before too long to install ceiling fans!

Provided A+++ professional service and I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Tim was able to accurately diagnose & fix my refrigerator after another appliance repair company came to my home, misdiagnosed the issue, broke parts on the refrigerator computer board and the digital keypad that allows you to adjust the temperature, and told me it was too hard to put my refrigerator back to its original condition before they arrived.Luckily, I was able to find Tim. He performed a proper diagnostic, repaired my computer board restoring the digital temperature controls & fixed my refrigerator for 50% less (very affordable price) than the previous quote received while providing exceptional service. My fridge runs As good as new.Thank you, Tim! I will definitely contact your business for future repair services!
