I went to the printing side because I had to fax something. I don’t use those types of faxes. Everything at my job is digital. But I couldn’t use their fax because it was obviously for personal use. I told the girl there on Friday the 24th of May around 8:50/9AM that I wasn’t sure how to use that fax. This girl has a whole attitude and rolls her eyes. You may hate your job but that’s not my fault nor my problem!You guys need new staff. I see from previous and recent reviews that I’m not the only one with a negative experience here. The lady who checked me out at the register seemed nice, but not grouchy over at the printing side.

Okay first off, if you read most of my ratings across Google and wherever else I may have left reviews, very rarely do I leave negative comments. Ive had many jobs Since the age of 16 when minimum wage is $4.25 an hour. I finally found my niche in construction where I have remained in my career. Along my journey however, Ive been in retail most of my life even as far as the store manager for Toys r Us Zumiez etc... I do know firsthand customer service and how hard it is to apply the rules listen to the customer Do what you know you can do in your scope and when to ask for help. Its really not easy especially if customers are mean to you or raising their voice things like that You could imagine Toys r Us during Christmas time when youre on a 16-hour shift. Long story short customers were always in the forefront, they were priority.So I came into this Staples too ship out one small package and purchase some other small items. They have a UPS store in this Staples and therefore youre able to ship which I thought was very convenient cuz its right down the street from my house.I walk in the store looks clean and theres hardly anyone there as far as customers go two people in the printer section or the area where I was going Three associates behind the desk. I walked up to the counter there was no No one else in line. The associate behind the counter was super rude to me. She ignored me for a while was talking to another employee behind the desk and then finally when she did acknowledge me she told me oh the printers are over there you have to go get your own shipping label. Well Id never done this so I didnt know so I said well what do you mean I have to go over there. And she said well you send an email to the printer after youpurchase the label and then you can print it out and theres a code they send you you have to put in the printer. I tried it didnt work I tried it three times in each time my printed page came out blank.I went back over to her she ignored me again walked away which was rude then a guy came out and asked me what the problem was with the printers. its just not printing out my label I told him.He said well lets see what youre doing wrong. Walked over to the printer I did everything that he told me to go to print it out its still didnt work. So he says well gee thats not going to help you send out anything is it hahaha. So now hes slowing his roll and trying to be funny which I didnt think his comment was. But I could tell he was uncomfortable and thats what we do when were uncomfortable we cover up what we really feel by trying to be funny or taking attention off ourselves. So he couldnt get the printer to work right and basically just told me take a screenshot on your phone of what youre trying to email the printer and print that out and put that on the box. So I said okay and I did just that took the label taped it on the box took it to the register and the scanner went and scan it. Another employee came around the counter and said Yeah it wont scan if you screenshot your phone. So I looked at this guy and I said well thats what your manager told me to do. He said well thats not going to work. Needless to say I had had enough by now and I just said well Im not going to be coming in here anymore to ship anything because Ive been here for 45 minutes and its been horrible. So I left. I went to UPS pay $3 for a stupid label and they shifted out no problem. Word of advice if you need a shipping label and its just one just pay them to print it out and put it on the box thats what their job is. In my opinion the people at Staples are rude and I dont know why maybe theyre having a bad day maybe its because no one shops her anymore I dont know? All I know is I wont be shopping there anymore why go into a retail store for customer service when you get everything except that and youre trying to do all the work yourself it was a waste of 45 minutes That I will never get back. Hope you improve staples I was very disappointed.

Just moved to the area and super impressed with the patience of the manager Ed and Collin by the print area. They dealt with rudest customer I have ever heard in my life as true professionals. The cashier Nicollet was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Great store with a great staff!

Cashier was very courteous, and friendly. Very sweet young lady. Asked of I needed help because of what I purchased was awkward to hold.The store had exactly what I was looking for, and was easy to find.

I love Staples. The staff always greets me with a smile as I enter the store and the cashier was polite and extremely helpful to make sure I had the right product for my needs.

I’d give less than one star if I could. Returns from Amazon were great when Kohl’s handled returns. Staples, we’ve been in line for 20 minutes so far with no one at the desk and employees at the copy center don’t have an answer when we ask

Been going to this location for year. Recently Started using the print center for my business needs and what a great job they have done.. Isabel is a rock star. She has done edits that other stores told me they couldnt do. Good job and thank you

This store is always clean and well stocked and the employees are always helpful and friendly. When something is not in stock they check the online order area.

Friendly associates always there to help. Always have what I need and at a fair price. Love the copy center too.
