Edmond is absolutely 💯 knowledgeable with phones! I just came from Tmobile and had to order a replacement, that would take up to 7 days because my phone just stopped. It wasnt the battery .Edmund took my phone and in less than 5 minutes, he figured out the problem, got my phone to work again and explained why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again! Took my iPhone 12 Pro Max with multiple issues from broken back glass, blown speaker, broken camera, needed a new battery and they fixed it all for a reasonable price and they work fast would definitely 100% recommend this place if you ever need to get your phone fixed. Called this company due to having an I-phone 14 issue. I spoke with George, he was super knowledgeable and polite. I asked him if, I could bring the phone to run a diagnostic test on it. He was sincere and told me that, he prefer to try to fix the issue over the phone so I wouldnt spend any money. Ran me through a few simple steps and fixed it. I’ve been having issues with the charging port on my iPhone X max for MONTHS! It drove me crazy that my phone would never charge properly. I took it in after I finally had enough, and Elizabeth was very informative, quick, and friendly. She fixed it in less than 20 minutes and it only cost $25! WOW!! This place is a Gem! I’m so happy to have stumbled in, I didn’t realize these guys were here. The technician that helped me really knew his stuff and was very honest and transparent. They have some pretty cool cases too (they gave me a cool discount)I came in for a repair on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and thought I lost everything. I received a worse case scenario but the tech delivered an amazing repair and was done before estimated time.They replaced my screen, the back glass and gave me a Free Screen Protector. I love it here!! I walked in the shop and this tall handsome man greeted me as soon as I walked inside. I needed service on my broken tablet screen and my Watch. Jonathan greeted me friendly and helped me with my two electronic devices. The wait didn’t take long at all, and he fixed under 30 minutes!! I am beyond pleased with the set I received. I googled a couple of places but WOW wireless had some of the best reviews so I came to them. I was greeted immediately upon entering with a smile from Maria. She was transparent in explaining the prices and things that could potentially be a problem when preparing the cracked screen of my son’s iPhone. We were quoted a repair time of 1.5 hours but it was less than that and the phone looked new. Maria even placed the screen protector we purchased which she was not obligated to do. I will certainly be returning for any issues that may arise in the future.

I had a phone with completely broken screen and I wanted to transfer the files to my new iPhone which Apple Temecula declined to do since the screen is completely unusable and the apple tech told me that I need to replace the screen. But Jonathan, who works here, helped me very much, he temporarily put a new screen where I can back up my phone to the cloud and guess what, the PRICE is very cheap. I recommend this place 100 percent.

Just had two pixels batteries replaced here. Left them in the sun too long or against the heat vent in the car. Fixed quickly. Nice people. Explained everything. My pixel 5 had a bunch of issues before the battery expanded. After they replaced the battery and cleaned it, pulling out a bunch of lint, the wakeup on tap, show clock when charging, and the sleep when in pocket works right again! Only a few chargers worked with it before too, and now they all work. Lol. I was about to buy a new phone, but 70 bucks later and its all better. Appreciate it.

This place is ok what they don’t tell you is that the screens are always going to give u an error since they are after market parts. For now this works since I will be getting a new phone. But if you bring a newer phone here beware of that especially if you plan on keeping your phone for a while. The screen sometimes doesn’t even respond. Like I said to me it’s not a big deal because I’m getting rid of it. If your phone is newer and you are keeping it for a long time I suggest taking it directly to the Apple Store to avoid any mishaps with the screen acting up.

I went in to fix my sons iPhone 7s screen that was cracked, I was unaware that if the screen was removed/fixed I would have a 50/50 chance that it would actually work or turn on again. I was glad she informed me of that problem before they fixed it, I put my trust in them and luckily came out with a new screen on my sons iPhone 7 within 30 minutes (very fast service, right before their closing time).I also ended up purchasing a screen protector and phone case (without asking Maria went thru a few boxes to find a different phone case color since I was not too excited with the one she had out). Im glad I found this place I will be back for future purchases, I most defiantly recommend this place to fix your broken screens!I had mentioned to Maria that I was looking for an iPhone watch cover in rose gold and she has gone above and beyond to try and find me a cover to match my rose gold band, she later contacted me to show me what she found in her inventory. Edmond was able to find a tempered glass screen protector for my Google 5 phone and had it to me in 4 days instead of the quoted 5 days, I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him a day early. I had been looking everywhere for one with no luck in sight. Verizon said they could mail me one but it would take up to 3 weeks plus cost me 3x the amount WOW Wireless charged me. I came here recently to get my phone screen fixed that had severe cracking. It was a good price and a quick 20 minute wait. I was nervous because compared to previous bad experiences before I wasn’t sure if a good job was going to be done or not. Mitzi is extremely trustworthy and she knows what she’s talking about. She made my phone look brand new and she even did a nice cleaning, as well as putting on a screen protector for me. The place itself is nice too. On Sunday my daughter Cracked the screen on her iPhone 8+. I googled local companies in the area and foundWOW Wireless. I sent an email and was responded to within an hour. I had a amazing experience at this repair shop. I literally said “WOW” after one of the repair guys showed me the progress my phone was at halfway through the service. I was so worried about my phone! After I seen my phone, I felt peace because they literally transformed my phone. I thought it was broken for good. They made it really convenient for me to access my phone again. Due to the impact and stress my phone has been over the home screen was ineffective but they were still able to completely renew my screen and activate touch assist. Im pretty surprised. I presented a very tedious repair that other repair shops were too afraid to perform and Wow Wireless completed the repair on my OnePlus 8 Pro the SAME DAY with my provided parts for only $65! 5 stars 👍 The only thing I wish was possible is resealing the phone to restore IP68 water resistance.

The only thing that was missing was the fact that they never called me when my phone was ready to be picked up so i went a whole weekend without my cellphone and I need it for my job. They have come to my rescue twice in one years time. I first broke the face of my phone. I went on the Groupon app where I seen their coupon. I called the number and they said come right on over. I got there and the store was actually closed with the associates having a meeting (you remember the time when we would all gather together in the same place and speak freely without the fear of being infected). They said it was okay and they took care of me. I was so impressed with the service!!! I have bought other offers with that app but I am not greeted with the same service and attitude. It’s usually quite the opposite.Then I dropped my phone several times without a case on it and I wanted to see if a new face would fix it. They did all kinds of things to see if it would be able to be fixed. At the end of the day, my phone was headed to phone wasteland. There is usually a charge for this but they said they were not going to bill me. Okay, no company is this kind nice. Then, even though they don’t sell phones, they found me the phone I actually wanted!!!! Talk about going beyond the call of duty!!! My entire group of friends and family are aware of WOW now. I tell everyone I meet about them. These people make me remember that there really are decent people in the world today who care. I will never go anywhere else.

NOW, I was on my bed yesterday, and I dropped it on my floor where I have a rug. IT CRACKED... how?!?! Once again, my screen protector is flawless, but the screen is cracked, and very colorful like if It went through a hard core fall. Im starting to think, these screens are VERY CHEAP, not worth your money. Ive never had this issue, with my other iPhones where I fixed the screen. My Apple XR was done. The screen and back were broken. The liquid rainbow was cool for a minute but I had to restore its function before I could get on with smashing up the new Iphone mini I had just purchased. I took the battered XR and replacement mini to a truly remarkable business in Menifee.In this Covid Crazy world of lies and deception, I walked into a business where the people were pleasant and professional. they didnt insult me with insinuations of viral infection. They did not imply I was required to wear a mask or a muzzle or even some other equally useless covering over my face. They seemed genuinely pleased to see me and went beyond the narrow definition of customer service, exceeded my expectation of fair trade and created a life long customer and advocate in doing so.In the process of discussing my need for their services, the young lady behind the counter suggested that if it were acceptable, they could replace the screen on my phone with a working temp. to facilitate the file transfer to the mini. Once done the XR would be returned to its former parts only designation for a savings of $40. Thats integrity in this day and age.
