I wish I could leave 10 stars. I have used Kaddy’s computers now for almost 3 years - and they are absolutely fantastic. I have found that it’s easier, cheaper, and they actually know more than the Apple store.They consistently go way way way out of their way to help and assist customers, and having had to use other services for my job, I have found Kaddy’s still remains the best, and the best by a wide margin. If you have any computer issues at all whether it is hardware, software, or any other computer issues, these people are the place to go if you live in Brea, La Habra, Fullerton, or Whittier!

An Apple store technician suggested that I take my MacBook Pro to Illume in La Habra when it was malfunctioning. I had previously obtained a written evaluation by a Geek technician that my MacBook Pro could not be fixed due to a bad motherboard. The owner of Illume, John Nelson quickly diagnosed the problem as being a swollen battery that was pressing on the motherboard. I did not need to buy a new computer; just a new battery. Over the years and with reasonable cost and professional, competent and honest service, I have not sought out another technician for repair and maintenance of my computers.
