Brought my s23 ultra in for a screen replacement via Assurant and got it back working like newupdate 12/23 noticed pressing on the screen had some play so i took it out of its otterbox defender series case to find it wasnt glued and sealed properlyupdate 12/24 they redid the glue but i dont think the rubber band method or their glue works well on the s23 ultra cuz it came undone later that dayupon closer inspection glue aplication was sloppy and they scratched the metallic framegas aint cheap and im going to have drive further to get it redone it at another store that wont waste my time

I came at 10am on a Friday and Jahid and Opu were there promptly to open up. They helped me right away and told me that it would take an hour to fix the pink line running through my Samsung Galaxy S20+. One hour later, they fixed it up and the screen looks like new! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional and fast phone repair!

Disappointing, but they ordered it and returned the following weekend. My phone was fixed and super happy with it!I suggest calling them first to make sure your phone parts are in stock. : )

It was a great experience, I made the claim through my mobile provider and they sent me to the closest location, I went in at 5 and it took 1 hr my phone was ready by 6. I recommend this location as it was very quick and helpful with recommend phone cases and the prices are reasonable

I have Assurance insurance for my cell phone device. I made an appointment to come in to the store to get my screen replaced. They told me to come back in an hour and a half. When I came back an hour and a half later, they told me that they had dismantled my phone, and that, unfortunately, my part never came in, so they had to put my phone back together. I was so upset because they could have checked before they even took my phone to see if they had the particular screen from my phone. Now I’ve wasted gas, mileage, and time that I waited for my phone to be fixed.I called a couple of days later to see if my part came in and I was told it had come in. I made an appointment to come back the following day. When I came back to the store, I was told that my part never came in, but that they had a different color Phone part that they could switch out my screen with. I was told to come back in an hour to which I let them know I’d sit in my car in the parking lot to wait just in case something went wrong and I needed to come back right away when I received my phone back, the ringer and the vibrate did not sound the same. My phone rattles. It was a very sloppy repair . I would not recommend this place to repair your phone.

Assurant set up my appointment for S22 Ultra, screen repair damage was so severe wasnt sure if it could even be fixed. I walked in and a gentleman just verified my claim number, said when it should be ready (which was about 3 hrs) and i was on my way. I went back to pick it up it was perfect! Highly recommend. Horrible experience we were sent to them by Assurant so I dont know whos worse the horrendous service they gave or the fact that Assurant uses them. So heres what happened we went in for a simple screen replacement the installer did a pre-inspection of the phone to ensure it was in working condition he checked the camera, he checked the phone itself determined it was in working order and just had a crack in the glass. He then told us it would take around 30 minutes, 3 hours later gave my wife the phone and told her the phone is not responding when my wife asked what does that mean he said your phone is not working and he would make a note on the account that the phone would need to be replaced by Assurant and there is nothing they could do. When my wife got home I looked at her phone and realized the tray for the SD card and sim card was missing when I called the store they said oh we tried to call her to let her know it wasnt in there I asked how would she answer her phone is broke so I had to drive back 26 miles to get her items back. In the mean time they lied on the work order and said to Assurant that there was additional damage than just the crack and so thats why they couldnt do the screen replacement when it was CPR repair guy who broke it and when I got back to the store I advised them that they lied on the work order and they admitted that there was nothing wrong with it when I gave it to them and they dont know what happened to the device. So I asked them what are you going to do and they said theres nothing they can do. Then they told me to go and find a repair place and they will reimburse me if they can fix it for under $100 but I had to do all the foot work. This place gives horrible customer service and horrible technical services. You have been warned do not go here for screen repairs you may come out with a broken phone.

Edited: After receiving my mobile phone I noticed on one of the lenses what looked to be a fingerprint. I returned a couple days later and brought it to the attention of one of the employees. I asked if it could be checked or cleaned. Waited 5 minutes without a please hold of any sort, then asked what was the problem again. Repeated my problem then was told If I look at it and try to fix it I cannot be held liable. Im not sure how this was possible if this was the same shop that fixed my two phones just a few days earlier. My phone is in YOUR hands to fix. If YOU damage it, YOU are liable.It was an easy fix that required the tools on hand to wipe the lense clean and I saw it take less than 5 minutes.5 stars for technical skills2 stars for customer service (potential for improvement)__________________Very friendly and professional
