Wonderful service, Kaddys was quick to send a technician out to our office (within the hour!) and assist us on our server issues. Jason was incredibly helpful and patient in answering our questions. After failing to troubleshoot my custom gaming PC for almost 12 hours straight, and two new motherboards later, I called up and asked if they could help diagnose my issue, they said yes after some questions and off I went to drop my system off. My system was in complete disarray after my poor and failed attempts to diagnose, but they still accepted my system after I returned to get some important hardware that I didnt reinstall. They found my issue the next day and reassembled my PC for me.Their prices are competitive and their work is great and professional.

They fixed my laptop for me and did a great job. The only thing I wish they would have done is clean it for me before returning it to me. I thought most computer stores cleaned the screens/computers before returning them. However, their service was still amazing! No complaints at all. I ordered my part from them almost 2 yrs ago, then couldnt afford to pay for the rest of the repairs. However, they still held onto my part for all that time and fixed it same day for me. Will come here for all my computer needs. Thanks you guys!

Im so thankful that La Habra has Kaddys as a reliable service option. Theyve been the only ones I trust to work on my Lenovo Legion in two years - between the quality work they do and the high level of customer service, it makes me feel comfortable trusting them with my PC. I recently had charging issues and the guys at Kaddys have been super helpful, explaining what may have caused the issue, giving me realistic deadlines for labor, and even sending photos of the damage as they work. I called Kaddys & spoke with Christopher who explained in detail the possible outcomes for my 1.5 year old XPS desktops issues. Chris and Daniel are great! They repaired my laptop computer which had a bad power port. They inspected it and ordered the part, then I brought it back to be repaired. Took a day to fix to make sure it was working well. Provided me with old part also which was great to see. Works better than it did before and reasonablly price. Thank you Kaddys Computer Repair! If you have a computer or laptop and it has a problem that needs fixing I dont know of a better place to go than Kaddys. Karim has been taking care of my laptop and my daughters laptop for the last two to three years and hes outstanding I trust him with any job plus the reasonable I dont go to the Geek Squad or Best Buy I just trust Kaddys its a quick drive up Euclid Boulevard to Whittier in Northeastern La Habra theyre very friendly and helpful. they will give you an estimate before they do the job and the tell you how much it cost they work quickly and friendly and they can handle just about any problem that Ive had and the service is outstanding

I have used Kaddys Computer Repair several times and have been more than pleased with their excellent service and expertise. There has never been a software or hardware issue that Karim can not help me diagnose and repair it. I am very comfortable letting him take over my computer and do his magic. Not being very computer knowledgeable and reading some horror story reviews of transfer software, I was hesitant to undertake the transfer of data from my 11-year old PC to my new one. Hearing recommendations of friends I went to Kaddies and was so relieved and happy to leave with a fully functioning new PC with all my data. Highly recommend THE EXPERTS !!

So I brought Kaddy’s a problem. I had already taken this problem to two other places and they wouldn’t touch it. I have a super old (15yr + ) Alienware. It’s a huge dinosaur. My conure bird had plucked off the Power On Button that is on the top and promptly crushed it. For awhile we could stick a pen down in the hole and push the “on” but eventually that even broke. I took it in begging for them to find a way to fix it so I could turn it on. I said that I didn’t even care if it was an ugly fix since I knew it was going to be virtually impossible to find a replacement button. They thought outside the box and installed a custom button located on the front of the computer underneath the CD Drives instead of on the top. Not only does it work perfectly but it’s in a location my bird cant mess with it. I am so thankful they did not turn me away when they saw it was not going to be a routine, easily done fix. I will be using them for all of my computer repair needs from now on.

My family has used Kaddys Computer Repair many times to fix our computer troubles and Karim has always been super friendly. I can use a computer when it works, but when something goes wrong I am helpless! Karim is always polite and never makes me feel like my questions are dumb (even though they usually are!) This last time I called he actually asked how my kids were doing! His prices are very reasonable and I love that I dont even have to wait for him to come to my house, he can usually fix it right over the phone. Im so thankful for Kaddys!

I went in for screws n hes trying to have a school lecture on bolt sizes, when i told him what i needed n he swore he knew . Pathetic .. why is he so stubborn ? In the midst of Karims hectic schedule last Saturday, he was able to get back to me on the time he would be back in the office. He opened my laptop and provided quick diagnostic for free and would worked on some testings and possibly repairs. The next day I got a call from David letting me know it was logic board damage which they referred me to their best service in HB, as to have the logic board replaced wouldnt be cost effective for my 2012 MacBook Pro. During the pick up, David was pleasant, courteous, and professional. They didnt charge for something they couldnt fix. Thanks so much, Karim and David for providing such reliable, affordable and dependable service. Much appreciated for the referral also, I am typing this with successfully repaired laptop. I wish I could leave 10 stars. I have used Kaddy’s computers now for almost 3 years - and they are absolutely fantastic. I have found that it’s easier, cheaper, and they actually know more than the Apple store.They consistently go way way way out of their way to help and assist customers, and having had to use other services for my job, I have found Kaddy’s still remains the best, and the best by a wide margin. If you have any computer issues at all whether it is hardware, software, or any other computer issues, these people are the place to go if you live in Brea, La Habra, Fullerton, or Whittier!

I cannot praise Karim enough for his excellent work. He went above and beyond the call of duty when I got a virus. Not only did I lose my custom system settings, but I was completely locked out of my user account. He did most of the work by remote, which was very convenient for me. The only reason I finally had to bring the PC in was because we discovered that my hard drive had become badly corrupted and needed to be replaced. Karim wasnt going to charge me for the labor...only the hardware.His knowledge of computers and viruses is impressive. His work is accurate, fast, and spot-on. His prices are lower than Ive found. He gives regular updates by text and email. He requests authorization before he adds any charges.One last unbelievable thing: I rely on an old graphics program that was a bit tricky to install when I first bought my 64-bit system 3 years ago. I was stressed out about having to re-install it. Karim took it upon himself to research the matter and successfully installed the software without losing my original settings. He did not charge anything extra for this. I just hope Karim stays in the business until Im too old to use a computer, because I doubt Ill ever find another tech like him.

I’m a court reporter. I was working on a transcript of a high profile case when the attorney accidentally spilled coffee on my laptop. I desperately called Kaddys, and they saved the day!!! They understood the urgency and I was able to get the repair expedited! They were able to extract everything from the hard drive and even helped me set up a backup to my backup. They turned a potentially disastrous situation into a major relief and I will be forever grateful! Thank you guys so much!!

Kaddy’s is the place to go to get your computer fixed. I had my computer in a shop for a month before moving out here and they still couldn’t figure it out. I took it to Karim and fixed it within two and a half days! Not only that, but I was informed and updated often. AND, last thing, it was cheap!! This guy is the guy to go to. You’d be stupid not to!
