Neil is absolutely FANTASTIC! I was looking for a new computer tech for my parents company (Fern Tile Company, Inc.) and came upon Bay Area Computer Repairs through Yelp. Not only did Neil come out to the home office right away, but he offered new computers at a very reasonable price. A few months after our initial computer set-up (networking Quickbooks and the 2 computers together), we unfortunately accepted a virus into our computer by unknowingly clicking on a resume that had the virus. At the time, we were looking for employees, so clicking on the resume didnt seem to be a threat. Well, it was. I called Neil and he explained to unplug our computers from the internet and he came out right away to help try to recover our files. Luckily, he was able to retrieve all of our data - because of his timely actions, the virus was not able to any of our data. I would HIGHLY recommend Neil to anyone needing his services! He really comes through in any time of need and his fees are very reasonable! Thanks for all of your help, Neil! Greatly appreciated!
