Let me say that Eric has helped my small business out over the last 14years. I had a security threat this weekend 3-4-3023 and he was processional, timely and solved the problem. He checked on us three days in a row to make sure we were ok. I was a nervous wreck and he assured me he would get us up and running and he Did. 10 star service. I contacted Eric on Sunday morning with a dire need to set-up my printer as soon as possible. He came the same day. I oversee the eBay store for the Peninsula Humane Society and need to print out mailing labels in a timely fashion which is the minute we get paid. Eric, set-up my printer which wasnt easy to do as well as updated my computer system. I highly recommend Eric to help with any IT services. I will definitely use his services from this point forward.

Eric is a lifesaver! My technology was failing me at home and he came in to save the day. I called on a Sunday afternoon, panicking over the possibility that I had somehow lost a withdrawal, trying to find someone who could help me. Eric called back an hour later and talked me through a process that resolved my issue. Gratis, and without making me feel stupid. As soon as I come up with questions that I need answers for, I’m setting up a session with Eric. I didn’t realize this kind of unconditional support still existed. They have my business.
