Severely overcharges customers and incredibly unprofessional (plays video games with friends in pajamas while with customers)I gave my PC to him because I needed help upgrading it, and he charged $300. Already very questionable pricing, but just weeks later my RAM (which I had for 3-4 years and had been working perfectly fine up until this point) all of a sudden is no longer functioning correctly. I take it back to him, which was a huge mistake. He wanted $132 for RAM installation ($57 for retail RAM, and a colossal $75 for the brutal herculean labor of putting in two ram sticks) and nearly $200 for repair of an SSD that was corrupted in the process. It is cheaper for me to buy new RAM and a new SSD with 4 times the space of my broken one then it is to pay him, and without his ungodly $75 fee its TWICE as much to pay him than it would be to buy the parts and have a friend help.

Im a repeat customer. I recently brought my computer in to have the operating system changed from Linux to Windows 10. I got it back quickly and working perfectly. Panos also gave me some great advice on home networking and redundant backup/storage that Im going to implement.

Panos never fails to find me the best parts I can get (without breaking the bank) and installs them too. He even puts up with my frame rate obsession. I just want the most frames possible, is that so wrong? Oh, and I want VR later this year. Hes currently upgrading my aging compy to something that only exists in legend.

I had an old computer with major issues. Panos did a check up on it and showed me what was wrong. Was able to upgrade and get it back running. Real honest also. Hard to find that these days. Definitely recommend his computer services.
