I first reached out to these guys in August of 2019 when I was deciding to either buy a new laptop or upgrade the one that I had. After a consultation with Emil and Scott they said that my computer was in perfect condition but it needed some new computer hardware to make it fast. My issue was my computer was taking up to 5 minutes to start up!!! Grrr.... Besides starting up slow, I loved everything about my laptop! Well fast forward and they got the parts did the service within one day and had my computer back to me. When he turned on my computer it started up within seconds and I could immediately start working on it! I was over the moon! To date it has been working great.I took it in last week to get it checked out because my computer was making a rumbling noise. I went in, they said it was my fan, they checked it out to confirm, ordered the part, brought the computer back and it was done in no time. I didnt have to stress about having it taken care of.These guys are the best and reasonable with price. Its hard to trust people with one of your most valuable assets, your computer/laptop, which I need for my business, but these guys will have you covered!Thanks guys!
