Thanks!My Story:Let me start by saying that I originally took my MSI GS63VR Stealth Pro to Geek Squad at Best Buy for an issue, but after wasting 100 bucks they made my Laptop worse, as it did not turn on anymore.Found this amazing repair shop that helped me with repairing not only the power issue, but they also fixed the USB issue I was having with my device.My Experience:This shop is situated on Van Nuys Boulevard, and Kalifa on the corner. The entrance is on Van Nuys Boulevard, do not park in the rear, as that is private parking for the other businesses.As soon as I walked in, the PC Technician at the front, Eman S, was already working with a client, but kindly greeted me as I walked in and that he would be with me shortly. As he finished with his first client, he asked me what my issue was, and after a short story, he had a clear idea of what the issue could be, and advised me that it sounds like it could be a hardware issue, which Geek Squad told me was a software issue was completely wrong. He told me the price for the diagnostic and if he could get it repaired what the estimated final cost could be, he also asked me how soon I needed it back, and I told him anytime withing 7 days was fine.Eman called me two days later (great time-frame), to inform me that he successfully repaired my laptop and for me to come pick up my device. As I got there, he insisted that I test all the aspects of my laptop to make sure that the service was completed. To my surprise during the test, I saw that my USB ports were working again, as it did not work before.Prices:$35.00 - Diagnostics$195.00 - Repair (If successfully completed he would deduct the diagnostic price)-------------------------$160.00 - Final Price for completely fixing my laptopLastly, thank you to Eman for completely fixing my laptop, I was worried that my $1400 device would have gone down the trash after just two short years, but now it works like new. Definitely will be coming back for any other Computer issues or repairs, and definitely recommend that you should take your device here for repairs, instead of big business repair shops that only take your money.

I came in with a Mac Book Pro with a screen that didnt work and it was making an odd popping sound. First I was told they didnt have time to help me. Then after explaining that I needed the computer for work and that I tried to get an appointment online but there was not one available someone who was standing around magically had time. My computer screen stopped working and the computer had been making this weird popping noise. The gentleman who helped me said he was super impressed by my case and was glad I had such a great case to protect my computer. It was a case I purchased and put on the computer when I picked it up. I have apple care and a top of the line Mac Book Pro so am super careful. He took the bottom of the case off then walked in the back to take the back off the computer because it was harder than normal. two minutes later he came back out with the top of the computer cover off and a huge dent in the screen. It looked almost like he jammed his thumb into the top to get the lid off. The bottom of the computer was also bowing. Then he told me it would be $1300 to fix suddenly because of the dent. That had there not been a dent it would have been covered...Now I dont know if he dented the computer but I do think its odd that with my case there was magically a dent in the computer. I told him I did not make that dent and not sure why he took the top off in the back when he took the bottom off in front of us. I also told him I bet that there was a similar issue with the version of a macbook pro I had. He told me no. I left the store refusing to pay the money. I told them I had apple care which he said would not cover the issue because of the dent. He then told me something about someone hitting his parked car and the insurance not covering that so I shouldnt be upset about paying for my computer even if I didnt cause the dent. I was not a happy customer. This store has terrible customer service. And no solution was offered other than pay $1300. I called apple care who told me it WAS covered and fixed it for free....I also found a website with multiple people with the SAME EXACT issue i had with my computer.
