My grandmother brought her computer for click away to be fixed due to a Trojan horse virus. She was quoted $1900 for service on the computer. After she said she was going to shop around for other quotes they came back and said $1400. After consulting with some other people she decided she was going to get a new computer. When she went in to pick it up, they came back and said that they can now do it for $500. She of course thought this was such a good deal because of the high estimates earlier. These predatory practices are the reasons that I will ensure to not use them in the future.
