Sharp, efficient, effective, friendly professionals. I had electrical problems renovating my office with a new gaming pc. Within minutes Jeremy diagnosed the problem and explained the right equipment and setup for my office.The second time they came out, I needed security cameras to reduce theft problems I was experiencing. Jeremy explained the best camera options (features and cost combinations) for my situation and efficiently installed my choices.Jesse made sure I understood how to use and maintain installed equipment. I now refer to the Cheap Squad as My Tech Guys.

This is the second time Ive had my custom computer repaired at Cheap Squad, and once again, Im thoroughly impressed. Jess and Dale expertly resolved issues with my motherboard and CPU, demonstrating not only their technical prowess but also their commitment to quality service. The price point was incredibly reasonable - further solidifying my high recommendation of their services. Kudos to Cheap Squad for another job well done!

My Windows PC tapped out after a power outage, so I drove straight to The Cheap Squad after work. Service was reasonably priced and reasonably fast. They diagnosed the problem, was thoroughly explained and gave me suggestions about part replacement. I brought a replacement GPU the next day and it was installed by Jesse. Everything worked like a charm. Jesse even followed up via email to check if everything went well. 5 stars! Highly recommended!

I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasnt able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith.Im happy to say that my computers healthy now, and The Cheap Squad is easily one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough. They clearly care so much about customer satisfaction and doing quality work. If youre having IT problems, go to them.

I continue to be extremely impressed with their technicians high quality of work. I had multiple problems with my laptop (broken screen, battery issue). They kept me informed of the progress (of the arriving parts that were ordered) and were very prompt in replacing the required items.Jesse is very cordial and attentive.Ive had other work done here as well.I recommend this repair shop to all of my friends.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE, the people here are super friendly, kept amazing communication with my custom build with updates almost every day. They finished exactly when they said they would be done and charged 70 dollars less than other stores. I can’t emphasize how helpful the people here are as they clearly walk you through how they do things and warn you about worst case scenarios. They even do proper testing for all your components and they even cleaned my pc case for me. Highly recommend!

Great service and they are always very friendly and willing to answer your questions and concerns. Super knowledgeable and their pricing is very fair but to boot they are very honest and kind! My first visit was years ago but I had a laptop that was overheating and the flat rate to fix it was S60 but the manager showed me how to remove 4 screws so I could simply do this at home. So easy and so honest... I bring everything to them now!

I had a good experience with The Cheap Quad. I have been there twice and I could say they are so amazing. I have always walked away 101% happy and satisfied with their service.I first used their service last year when I had an issue with my fan. Yes they were able to fix it within 2 days. The second time was last week after I accidentally dropped my laptop from my lap. Cracked screen, malfunctioned software and I couldnt even shut it down. They are so professional because they were able to find the problems so fast and I got my laptop over the weekend. Thanks to the whole team!Service price was reasonable and they were great at calling and updating customers about the status of their devices. I am so glad having them as my laptop repair team and it feels so good knowing someone I can trust with.

I did not hire them so probably shouldnt be leaving a review at all. Blame this on Google. I called needing immediate hardrive replacement and was told I couldnt drop it off until the next day (it was 1.30pm midweek). I was told it would take 24hrs for diagnoses and then an additional day or two for repair. This is with the $45 rush fee. I needed it done in an actual rush and had the replacement hardware on hand so had a customer do it for me - took him about an hour. Guy on the phone was very friendly and professional. Just can belive a rush service in silicone Valley would take 3-5 days.

The Cheap Squad are the best. We have had three computers fixed by them over the last couple of years, they do not charge too much but do a wonderful job! If you go to Staples or Best Buy they want about $300 just to look at a computer, these guys dont charge anything until they have looked to see what needs doing. Then they let you know cost and its your decision whether to have it fixed...I would recommend them every time. Reliable, honest, and do a great job.

Great guys! My daughters built a desktop and could not get it to boot up. After a lot of frustration and tears, they decided to take it to The Cheap Squad. Turns out that they had not plugged something in to the power supply, as it usually is with these builds, the simplest mistake! The Cheap Squad did a free diagnosis and actually fixed the problem. No charge. They could have charged for their time and we would have been happy to pay it to have it work. We will definitely use them for any computer issues in the future!

Reasonable price for checking custom build PC issues. Gave detailed feedback about what could be wrong, what tools they tried (such thermometer gun) although they did not have enough time to determine if its motherboard or cpu issue or both.Would recommend parking next to the park nearby and walking over if driving over as its hard to stop directly outside their shop.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I came in here a while ago with my laptop, complaining about a loose power jack since my laptop wouldn’t charge. They called me back ahead of schedule and explained there was nothing wrong with the power jack after they looked inside. As it turns out, I needed a new charger. They have this policy that they will only bill you if they fix something. So I got my laptop back and I didn’t have to pay anything! I hope I’ll never need the services of Cheap Squad again, but if I do this is where I’m coming.

This is my 4th time using the The Cheap Squad and they are just wonderful. I know I can trust them and that truly give me piece of mind. I took my older computer to them for a cracked screen. Jesse explained to me that it wasn’t worth the money to fix considering the age of the computer. Most places wouldn’t be that forthright. Thank you Jesse!

The guys there are very nice and helpful. I sent my desktop to the shop today because it couldnt connect to a monitor. I thought the problem might be some loose connections inside of the desktop. It turns out the monitor should be connected to graphic card directly instead of mother board. And they didnt charge me anything because nothing needs to be fixed.

My 27 iMac was troubling me for many months. I stumbled upon The Cheap Squad and read their great reviews, not to mention how convenient their location. In less than 3 business days, I got my iMac back. Jesse is very transparent about the longevity the remains in my iMac. Considering its age and build, he gently warned me about what its able to do and what limitations it may have, as it pertains to running programs like Microsoft Office applications, etc. I assured him that I just used my iMac for playing Tetris, checking e-mail, and shopping online. I couldnt be happier with having my iMac back. Its big screen is so helpful to me, I can see all my shopping on one page, and I can play Tetris better. Thank you so much Jesse!

While on a business trip to the Bay my iPad froze up! I was dead in the water with a presentation looming the very next day. I frantically explained how terribly urgent my situation was. Josh heard me, and not only did he jump on my iPad right away but gave me a laptop to work on while I waited to see if my device could be fixed.
