Great spot 5 min away from my house. I needed an sd card adapter for the Mac and I didn’t even know where to go around my house I thought about searching for radio shack but than remembered that was 10 years ago and they don’t exist anymore. I knew Best Buy is far so it’s a pleasure having them in the neighborhood plus the service is super friendly and quick I was the only one in there. Definitely will know I can come here for lots of things.

We took my wifes laptop for a tune up since we had purchased their Gold service plan which included free checkups. We were promised the laptop would be ready the following day. Then it was a day after that, because it was taking longer due to so many viruses discovered.I was sent an invoice charging me over $200 for a portable drive and data backup which I had not agreed upon. They then removed those items from the invoice, and we were able to recover our laptop at the end of the third day.While at the store I noticed the technicians trying to convince older clients to add software and hardware they most likely not needed. Their technical work seems to be knowledgeable, and the technicians are very nice. But beware of their pressure to add services not asked for nor required.

This place is great. They were very communicative and tried everything they could to solve our bitlockered PC issue. In the end, they couldnt solve it, but I dont hold that against them, it was an impossible task. They had some cool old computer tech (mostly Mac) my five year old was allowed to play with. Will definitely use again for problems I cant solve.

These guys lied to me to get more money. The free diagnosis turned into a $250 diagnosis. After I agreed to pay that, they told me my cooler was broken and it would be dangerous to start the computer without another $250 repair. I called their bluff, picked it up and the cooler is perfectly fine. DO NOT TRUST

My 2 year old computer was running super slow so I decided to give ClickAway a call. I spoke with Kevin on the phone and explained what was going on. He told me that they would run a free diagnostic on my computer for me. I told him that I have very sensitive material on the computer and that I really did not want it wiped clean. He told me he would do his best.I was able to make a same day appointment for 12:30. After dropping it off and telling them my concerns again, I left. About 2 hours later a received a phone call telling me that they can fix my computer for $299 and keep all my information that was on it. + if I wanted a back up hard drive that backed up the my computer automatically they could set me up for an additional $100 I think he said I passed on the back up 5:30pm I received another call telling me the computer was ready. When I came in Kevin walked me through what he found basically he said it just needed a good tune up. The store manager asked me how I herd about them, I told him that I had Google searched the shop he then asked if I had tried to Yelp search them because he would give me a $50 credit if I did, I told him you know Im a Yelp elite member but I actually did not search them on Yelp feeling shame because I am a elite member and it did not dawn on me to use Yelp he then told me, Ill tell you what Ill do for you, if you want Ill throw in the external hard drive and set you up for your computer to automatically back up at no extra charge. Wow, seriously!! Totally was not expecting that. So when all was said and done I paid the original price to fix the computer and basically comped me a hard drive and set it up for me. The next day I got a fallow up phone call asking if my computer was working as I expected. I said yes it works like new again and thanked them for a job well done.Note ClickAway is also Diamond certified for quality satisfaction and trust see photos

I have worked with these guys in two occasions… first they came to my house to look into my laptop that had issues and the service was fantastic. Just brief enough and not overly personal.Second time my laptop completely crashed and I almost lost all my precious data in it. I was panicking and this guys did an amazing job and recovered all my data. Thank you guys!

The guys that work here are awesome! They are so friendly and helpful. They care about the people in their community and they are a valuable asset to the neighborhood. My only small complaint/suggestion, would be to have someone at the front who can answer some basic questions when the techs are busy with customers.

I have been a customer of ClickAway Computer for close to 20 years. Tim provided excellent service for me, today. As we all do, they have gotten me out of a few jams, and have maintained my computer well. I purchase my drives and computer accessories from them as much as possible. These are good people.

Everything was super easy and friendly, starting from making the appointment to picking up. My printer was repaired the same day I dropped it off. The friendly technician explained how to take care of it to prevent future problems. I recommend ClickAway!

The guys at this shop are awesome! I came in afraid I had fried my CPU and motherboard when I tried cleaning it. Not only did they bring my pc back to life within 24 hours, now my pc is running smoother than ever! I was able to upgrade my graphics in game from low to high without adding any new parts, just the amazing expertise from the ClickAway team! Since bringing it to the shop my PC hasn’t crashed once! Highly recommend, & I will definitely be back in the future.
