Very poor customer service. Employee refused to help even after customers in line behind me insisted that employee was incorrect. Incident caused item to not arrive on time. I run a small business in town and have very limited time to run errands. The local merchants of Los Gatos take pride in the service we provide in our community, this place does not.To say that I was rude is laughable. I stated to the employee this is your idea of customer service? When she replied yes I calmly walked away and said then you dont get my business. I NEVER said I was important, so many lies from the owner! Hilarious. I wish you luck with your business. Judging by your reviews you have major management issues. You might actually want to learn about customer service from someone like me who has been in business for 25 years. Ps after mentioning incident to my clients they all have heard complaints about your store. Corporate will be my next call. Good luck! I wont ever be back.
