All the staff here are incredibly helpful and wonderful except for the woman with the short hair and British accent. Shes very rude and impatient. If you have multiple Amazon returns, dont let her help you. Wait for someone else. Its happened twice now that she helps me and shes just really unpleasant. I love this place because everyone else is so great, but if shes there next time, I might just go somewhere else. She needs training on basic customer service or to be moved from front desk services. Five stars to the rest of the team!

The people at this location are just awesome. I go there to scan documents, make photocopies and also to return things I’ve purchased on Amazon. I’ve also done my livescan there.This is the best place for a quick photo copy, to mail a package etc… really fantastic service…. Each and every timeDefinitely Most convenient way to do Amazon returns

Irritatingly will not print labels purchased through UPS. Makes you send them a $2 email per label.

Not only do I trust this store with my personal shipments, I also use them for all of my business-related shipment needs as well. The staff is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable in regards to all of my needs and requests. I consistently use their services for time-sensitive deliveries to clients and I know I can always count on Brenton to make sure the job is completed on time. I highly recommend this UPS store because their customer service is flat-out wonderful and they get the job done right.

Brenton is proficient in many areas that has helped me run my small business. He is patient, friendly and eager to assist, even at the end of the day. His talent saved me at the knick of time when I needed help creating and completing the look of my business cards. The rest of the team at this UPS store are courteous and helpful as well, making this store my go to for shipping packages.

I am a big fan of this location. I’ve been in three times in the week I moved here. I have always been able to find a parking spot, but sometimes I’ve gotten the last one available. The people who work here have been SO FRIENDLY! This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to and I’ve moved all over the country. Service is friendly and smiling. I will go out of my way to come back here.

I made a quick run to this UPS from the DMV for a last minute print, and had excellent service. They were having a software upgrade and could only bill customers from one desk, and Iona was kind enough to not charge me for my print in order to speed things up. Highly recommended!

Although this location is farther from my home, I always come here when I have shipping needs. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The only reason for the 4-star is the parking. Very limited parking for the plaza.

These guys are great! Super helpful with answering questions, deciding how best to pack and ship, and printing out documents. Theyll check whether standard mail or UPS will be cheaper/faster depending on what you want to ship, which is awesome. Havent had a bad experience after many visits!

The customer service is terrible. I dropped off my package and the woman at the counter had no idea how to help me and had to get the manager to help me. Of course it was not delivered and I had to call back to ask for help with tracking it. I did not have my tracking number with me and I was told we send lots of packages everyday and I should have kept my tracking number for 2 months and there was nothing they could do to help. I will find the tracking number myself and track it myself but I did not appreciate the bad attitude and lack of effort. There are many UPS stores in the area. Do not choose this one.

Brenton has been extremely helpful with all of our programs and posters. He goes way beyond the call of duty making sure everything comes out just right. The quality of the printing is fantastic! The turn around time is very fast!

Very poor customer service. Employee refused to help even after customers in line behind me insisted that employee was incorrect. Incident caused item to not arrive on time. I run a small business in town and have very limited time to run errands. The local merchants of Los Gatos take pride in the service we provide in our community, this place does not.To say that I was rude is laughable. I stated to the employee this is your idea of customer service? When she replied yes I calmly walked away and said then you dont get my business. I NEVER said I was important, so many lies from the owner! Hilarious. I wish you luck with your business. Judging by your reviews you have major management issues. You might actually want to learn about customer service from someone like me who has been in business for 25 years. Ps after mentioning incident to my clients they all have heard complaints about your store. Corporate will be my next call. Good luck! I wont ever be back.

I had to send some important paperwork overnight to a client last week so I decided to use UPS Store. Then the unthinkable happened--the package was received, but it was ripped up & partially opened. The UPS Store told me to come in & fill out a claim form, but that does not take care of the issue w/ my client-so frustrating! I had to draw up the paperwork again & went to Fedex this time. Fedex delivered the paperwork the next day w/ no issues to the same client.

NEVER go to this place!! This is the absolute WORST customer service Ive ever encountered. I tried to mail a package, but the 400 lb. woman who works there yelled at me - Its 1 minute before I leave! She refused to help whatsoever. Not surprising. Probably time for her lunch.

I was really impress with the service I have received from Ione and Brenton. I needed to setup a mail box very quickly and I am in England with a pandemic impacting the whole world. Ione picked up the phone and immediately got me all set-up. A few email interchanges with Ione and Brenton to finalize the details, and I am up and running. Don

Theyre closed despite their posted hours on their door and online saying theyd be open at 8a. Its 8:25a. If I cant trust a business to be reliable with their hours, Im not going to trust them with my packages. Ill find a different one. So glad I wasted my time this morning.

Surcharge for print jobs in store—they wanted to charge a $3 surcharge to plug in usb stick and select the document. I went to Office Depot and did my whole print job for less than $2.
