2024-06-02 16:01:28I love this UPS store. People are always friendly. Also Terry can create your own personal greeting cards. I have done many and pick a photo from my phone that I like. Terry is great to work with and very patient. One card made my daughter cry…… 💜🙏🏾

2024-05-30 05:02:02I have had to go into the UPS store four or five times in the past few months. Each time I have gone in I have been greeted by a friendly smile from Dana, and Dana has gone out of her way to be helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend using this store and seeing Dana, she is a joy to work with!

2024-03-12 19:46:52I’ve been a customer of this UPS store for four years. I’ve found the service to be friendly and thorough.Dana, Terry, and Alexis deliver far more than the minimum service level. It’s rare to find this these days, so a big shout out to the crew there. Great job!

2024-02-16 06:35:39This store means a lot to me both under the previous owner Elroy Atkins, and current ownership Mr. Lee. For decades they have gone out of their way to help me solve packaging and shipping and mailing problems, involving relatives and friends back East especially, and now I additionally go there instead of to a competitor with a new task (i.e. I fired the competitor, a famous chain) because I now manage my extended familys legal issues, because this UPS store helps me through the process of transferring items from my email into theirs so they can print and notarize, which their Los Gatos competitor, which is a big store with much fewer customers, sometimes theres only one other customer there, does very grudgingly. I see there were one star reviews, so I just read them, and they seem mostly to be about one employee, with whom I have dealt for many years, probably over a hundred times, who is very smart and focuses intently on her work, is really good at her job, and solves problems. I was baffled....until I thought of the many customers who go in there with the famous Los Gatos attitude that they are to be treated as superior in status to the employees whom they treat like servants. They walk in without eye contact, plop their stuff down unsmilingly, and give orders in a tone that they expect to be obeyed and that the employee will probably struggle with the task. I see it more in this store than anywhere else, I guess its a cultural thing because their friends arent there watching how they really behave towards the help, a sure sign of character, and they are in a hurry, and its not a place to socialize unlike Whole Foods, and never have I seen an employee in that store respond rudely in the face of the obvious condescension. People, lose your attitude at the door, have some manners, dont come in stressed out about mailing a box. Especially in December. Three times Ive overheard customers continue to argue with word pressure in their voice about a box not arriving, after the employee has patiently and kindly explained, when clearly the customer should be talking to the shipper, not UPS, which each time the customer had not bothered to do. Its kind of a fun social experiment to watch this, especially the customers realization that the employee is at least as smart and competent as they are which bothers them, until today when I saw people venting with the one star reviews. Yay you got your revenge on the workers who actually expected to be treated with common decency when you walked in the door. Dont be a stereotype.

2024-06-06 23:19:59Love this place. However, they now close at 4pm.Found out when the young gal shut the door on two inbound customers. Didn’t say a word to either of us just left stage right. Please adjust your hours on your door and on google ! And tell your closures to at least acknowledge your customers.Boo….Disappointed

2024-02-12 06:02:39This review is for their private mailbox services, if it was an option theyd get 0 stars. For many many years, every week, other box, #s mail, would be in my box. (This always left me assuming, more of my mail than I knew was missing, also must be in others boxes as well.) The staff was rude and unhelpful, even when they would find they did have my missing mail behind the counter somewhere after all! After this location went under new management/ownership they removed my name from my box without my permission (our family used one box #, but I was an original signer)but the missing/mixed up mail issues did finally change...However so did the rates! Theyre really ridiculously high. Enough so that theyre fully depending on soliciting new box customers with their new customer only deals. Existing customers will eventually go to any number of other private mailbox service locations nearby to pay significantly less.Although this is popular with industries like TV/Internet/cable providers... I have no respect for companies that run their businesses this way. If you dont value your existing customers, and are only focused on new customer bases... You dont deserve anyones business.UPS runs too loose of a franchise!

2024-02-16 01:22:34Just had to give this ups a review. I was in there when it was pretty busy( line out the door) but I saw Dana and the staff do an amazing job dealing with all customers in a timely manner. With a smile on their face too. Been going here for years and won’t go to another ups store. Thanks guys!!!!

2024-01-16 06:35:05Quick stop for dropping an Amazonshipment. Phenomenal and very quick service. Very short turnaround for the associate behind the counter to accept the package, generate the receipt and help me with the ask.The only thing that could have been an issue would be a bad network reception for ATT inside the store while as soon as I stepped outside I was just doing fine with it. I had to login into Amazon to retrieve the return QR code while if I had saved it on my phone it probably would have been much faster and better .Definitely recommend the store for their service.

2024-04-23 22:32:33Not only convenient, but very friendly and accommodating. Ive now had printing, packaging & shipping services from them, all of which have been great. And I get to avoid the Post Office!

2024-01-03 21:19:24Every time I come here theres some people in front of me with some challenging requests. Today, the person directly in front of me wanted to mail back a bunch of stuff but didnt have a box or a label. The person in front of them was trying to return an Amazon item but it was clearly old and not in the original packaging. It was one of those moments where I really appreciated people that work in retail. Dana was the person helping me, and with every one of these high maintenance customers she handled them beautifully. I was really impressed by how gracefully she was able to explain to somebody that they dont take FedEx packages (UPS store...doh), Or that they cant mail back items that arent in a box. I felt bad for her... Every time Ive ever come in theyve treated me with respect and kindness. And I see the same being done even though so many other people ask for the impossible.
