From the moment I walked in Greg greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. He was helpful, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I needed a new passport photo taken, and ship my old passport, in exchange for a new one. Greg quickly assisted me, while answering all of my questions, and without any hesitation. This gave me confidence that I had everything I needed for my new passport and that everything would be squared away.After our encounter, I shopped around for a few minutes and noticed Greg assisting customers while simultaneously helping his coworkers. You can tell that hes a team player and enjoys helping others. I highly recommend asking for Greg the next time you’re at this location.

I cant express how much I adore this office. The staff here exemplify attentiveness and efficiency, and they consistently get things done promptly and accurately. Just a week ago, I found myself in a bind with an urgent task – I needed to have a poster printed on foam board, as VistaPrint had let me down in terms of timing. Ronica stepped in to assist with my order, and her exceptional service left a lasting impression. She was not only polite but also incredibly understanding, guiding me through every step of the process and offering valuable advice. To top it off, my foam board was ready by the end of the day – thats what I call true professionalism! Thank you so much!

Impressive staff and their teamwork!!I went inside to drop off one of my package in the last minute where the pickup truck was almost leaving. I had to get a passport size photo and send my package in less than 5 minutes. One of the members helped me with the photo and other one with printing the label. Despite they suggested me to go another location in Campbell where the pickup time was later in the day; the team members at this location made it possible by sending out my package right before the pickup guy left. Thanks a ton!! You guys did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be more happier about the service you provided to make a customer feel valued.

I had the best experience today with Ronica. She helped me get the packages out of my car and was super friendly and accommodating to me. I am 36 weeks pregnancy and scared to be indoors due to COVID, and she made me feel incredibly comfortable and was able to get my packages shipped and set up an account for me quickly and safely. Thank you and this will be my new go to Fed Ex.

Terrible! Wanted to ship some items. Asked for free box. Said there were none. Offered to pack for me at great cost (box alone $15 - 25). Then, when walking out, I see the free boxes. Popped my items in those and used my previously prepaid printed labels and gone! When I pointed this out to them, they were like: We thought you wanted us to pack? Then why did you say there were NO FREE SHIPPING BOXES? Then, the manager backed her up! Im like, this is crazy town.

I came in with many photos posters and stickers, and I was able to print all of them for a good price and the employees helped me a ton with all of them. Great at answering my questions and troubleshooting! The employees name was Givo! Thanks so much Givo for the help.

Last time I went in they had terrible customer service. Copy machines were down or broken, over charged for a large print.Similar experience at another fedex.Good drop off for fed ex items. Easy parking.*looks like it’s closed now*

I had a really great experience at this center. I went in to print off some documents before a job interview. I was a bit pressed for time and you can imagine my frustration when the self-serve printer began to reject my PDFs (it turned out Id saved them to an unusual paper size). However, after a little while one of the attendants noticed my situation, called me over the counter and printed off all my documents (there were about 10, one of them more than 30 pages long) on one of the professional printers. Not only did I end up with higher-quality paper, but he gave me the whole print job only for the cost of the money Id already spent on the self-serve printer. I ended up getting about £35 worth of copies (including color copies I couldnt have afforded otherwise) for only about $5.50! Needless to say I was very impressed by the service, and the quality of my print-outs wasnt at all shabby either...
