The staff at the Otis Street office at Alameda Southshore Center are all consistently helpful, courteous and friendly, and they extend this attitude to one another, which gives the store a positive atmosphere. I want to praise and thank Mee in particular: she has helped me with numerous book projects, and her exemplary knowledge and competence is matched by her patience and courtesy when helping customers. It matters to me that staff treat every person equally well, and Mee manages to do so without fuss or stress, even at the (often) busy times the Print Center. Truly outstanding.

He has some bad attitude, He didnt really want my business at ALL, So I want to UPS in Alameda and they took care me really good!!!! In and out just 6 minutes!!
