The ladies working there saved the day for me today. I came in at 12:30 with a bunch of handouts to print for a presentation at 1. I was struggling with the printer and couldn’t get it to print my documents, so they both started helping me. I got everything done just in time. They were very professional and friendly.

Customer service is not the best. The young blonde lady was passive aggressive against me for some reason. Not very helpful and answered my questions with a question and didnt tell me how much express shipping would cost. I already have enough anxiety as it is because my English isnt perfect but her attitude made me very uncomfortable and probably will never return here again.

Sarah helped me printing pictures for a gift. She is one of the best customer service employees I have ever met, I would dare to say even one of the kindest humans I have ever met. She went above and beyond to help me, always with a kind voice and with a smile. She helped me print my pictures and later showed me how to cut them. She was kind to every customer that I saw her working with. She was an outstanding person that Fedex should make sure they keep around, because people that nice are a real asset to a company, and are rare to find in customer service roles.

I only frequent this location when not near my regular FedEx. I will no longer come to this location thanks to rude Mr. Otoo. I recycle boxes for my business & use these recycled boxes by the hundreds every single month. Mr. Otoo however advised me I can not reuse a box that has been already used even tho I use the specific box he was referring to quite frequently without incident. I was called to come pick up my package wasting valuable time I do not have to spare very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Old asian guy with glasses refuse to print my project. Gave an excuse that he was by himself, the printing station was close. when i told it will be a few paper he was ok but then i told i need 3 copies, he denied to help me right away. I arrived there at 6.30pm because i know there close at 7pm. He still refuse service. Worst

Just went this morning to this location and had some trouble in obtaining my services. The younger gentleman working here with longer hair (I shouldve asked him for his name) assisted me right away, even though I noticed he was already busy doing some other work behind the counter. He was very kind and helped me resolve my problem right away. I appreciate all that a lot! It was truly an excellent customer experience I had 😃

My partner and I came in last week for some last minute printing for our wedding. The employees were so kind and generous. They found us discounts we didnt know about, took their time helping us, and provided beautiful prints. (We live in Brooklyn and have never experienced such nice customer service at a FedEx around us!)

The place is very well kept up for the most part customer service was okay. I really think that maybe they need to revamp their customer service a little bit. I think that when you have customers you should deal with customers and not talk personal fun stuff in front of the customers before you even approach them to help them. Im just saying.

Visited this location 10/15 and while I only saw one person working and one other person in the store, I felt warmly welcomed by a very helpful and eager to assist associate. I have been to this location multiple times and have always enjoyed my encounters with the staff. I try to be patient so perhaps thats why my experience has been different than some others.I have had nothing but great experiences with the service at this location.Keep up the good work!

All I can say is WOW! The customer service I got while at this FedEx location was amazing. Nick, you are the man! I walked in there not knowing what to do and he walked me through the whole process. My printer at home is busted, I had my ID stolen and needed to print a temporary one out so I could at least drive myself to work. I was in and out in 15 mins. Will definitely be using this FedEx for my printing needs from now on. 10/10.

I would not recommend this store for any printing, shipping, or packing. The self-service copiers work, in a technical sense, but they provide a limited range of service. The staff here is woefully incompetent, probably due to the going wage for entry-level professional services. (The wage regime in this country discourages skillful work.) Do not expect your order to be printed on time. Do not expect your package to be shipped without several dozen data entry errors. Do not expect much of anything. Unfortunately, nearby competitors are equally bad.

Great store with super friendly service! I brought my files to print on a USB, and was pleasantly surprised to see the self service kiosk by each of the 2 printer/ copiers. I just inserted my USB drive and was able to print files with ease! This means I didnt havent to pay 35 cents/ min just to use their desktops!There are glues, marker, and binder bins available on each desk next to the printer. The front desk staff / owner was friendly and courteous, and finished processing my package within 5mins. Stress free and fast service, highly recommended.

Ive been at this location a few times now and I have nothing good to say about their service. Sending and email request = no response. Walking-in means you get put on hold while they take their time finishing with a customer before they acknowledge you. Customer services is not the best here theyre all very unprofessional with the exception of the manager (why he cant hire more people that reflect him is beyond me). Last night was my last straw. I dropped off a package in time for the FedEx Express driver to take it with him before the 8pm pick-up. Instead of the desk people scanning my package right away they let it sit there. The driver even said he wouldnt scan it because it can just go with the 8pm pick-up. This was a two day delivery my package shouldve been picked up and delivered by this friday, now it wont get there until Monday. What was the point in doing two day delivery if its going to take 4 days?! I highly recommend everyone to go to another FedEx location unless you enjoy this type of service.

This store rocks and the team there is fantastic!This store helped me with a huge project. The Alameda store #1972 and the team there: Dynasti, Pedro, and Insigani all were of so so much help. I cannot put into words how helpful they were and courteous they were from when I first walked in to when the package was taken out of their store. I brought in a large standing wheelchair. A big chair at that and also weighing about 80-85 pounds. The dimensional weight was so great, that this specific FedEx location would not be able to ship it out. However, they were able to help box it up. They said it would take a few days but that they can help. A few days later and with consistent correspondence the standing wheelchair was boxed. The tricky part was that box resulted in being too far large to even fit through the doors. They had me come back with a bigger truck to fit the package in. This crew went to measures of removing a piece of the door to get that box through. Fast forward, one night my father and I came after hours and retrieved the package and that team went above and beyond to help us with. The manager Dynasti really helped me organize the labels and the customs forms and where to go to even take this freight package to get it shipped out. We re measured the box one last time. She gave me all the info I could need. All forms that were associated with shipping this box out to Mexico. She went above and beyond and printed the freight destination location in Mexico for me as well.Thanks to Dyansti, Margo was able to get this box tagged and ready to go out that same night. Pedro suggested the Fed Ex Great Rates and the shipment cost went down about 82% as that helped out immensely.All in all, I cannot thank these folks at this Fed Ex that helped me enough. I wish I can thank them a thousand fold.

Top notch! I worked with a lady called Sun who did a great job on printing a logo I needed for my company to use as a background for conducting video interviews. Despite the first draft not being perfect, Sun was quick to replace it!

I went in to print documents expecting to print from wifi. That service isnt available. I was instructed to send an email to a FedEx email address and I would receive a confirmation email with a code to enter into the copier. I sat in the room that was freezing BTW, for over 35 min. No email. I was instructed to send it to another FedEx email and the staff could print it. No email After 45 min, I walked out with no success. One hour and 10 minutes later I received the confirmation email. I dont have a hour and a half to wait around for a printouts. Very dissatisfied

This FedEx apparently heads off deliveries to the hotel front desk. This would be fine, but it means that deliveries that come after hours (it closes at 6pm), even delivering FROM FEDEX, wont get delivered that day. Also, they charged me $2 for their terrible service, holding my already delivered package hostage if I didnt pay their stupid fee. The hotel says that delivery folks can deliver right to the front desk and they dont charge a fee. This place is a scam.

DON’T EVER TAKE PASSPORT PHOTOS THERE. You will have your head way off centered (one ear will flush with the photo edge). And the staff will argue with you and say you are picky. I will never go back there for anything!

Worst customer service in town. If you want your package lost, stolen, or opened by the staff at this location you can be sure they will do this for free of charge if the dont turn you and your package away before accepting it. Employee are on a power trip and assume the customer is always wrong. They work really hard at turning business away.

Turned away for trying to use an Amazon box. Asked for clarification and was told any other reused shipping box would be fine as long as it wasnt from Amazon. Of course theyd be happy for me to pay them to repack my shipment.

This is my local FedEx shop, and I use it regularly to print, copy and fax as I no longer have a home device to do these things. Very convenient hours. And the staff there have always been incredibly helpful no matter how complicated or small the task.

All stuff are really rude mornin shift and night time shift... several times they have not scan my packages and for that reason they never get deliver.... the reason i dont get a receipt is because usually is only one employee workin there and if there is a big line they just tell you if your only droppin off just leave them here next to me and ill scan them.... well stupid me i did that twice at this location and they dont scan them.... next day i call and complain that they never scan my packages the only answer i get is ohhhh is up to us if we wanna scan them..... if i could i would give -20 stars review
