I do own a medium size webdesign/advertising agency with 200+ account and we always in need of high quality local printing shop. I drive by and visit them today, very casually to build our business relationship with them. wrong!!!!!!!The place was nice and clean, but they are super unprofessional.The receptionist didnt know anything about the business but funny thing was her first world was: We are VERY BIG and not accepting small projects!!! It was my fault to show-up very simple and casual. The receptionist call a guy to answer my questions, but the funniest thing was this gentleman attitude! Again, he repeat the receptionist world and he also claimed they are doing Apple & 49ers printing orders but even his bother himself to give me a quote or continue the conversation!!!I cant understand, why people with operating back ground are are in sales position!!! My visit from this location takes less than 1min 35sec, but definitely was long enough to see their attitude.Just one world to Mr. hotshot: everybody know Apple always pride to be Designed by Apple in California, but made in China, so there is no credit for you to take Apples low run, basic jobs!
