My husband and I purchased a RAM in April we had a little issue with the truck HOWEVER, the team at ENTERPRISE went above and beyond to fix it. The service was great all the way around. Worked with Kelsey to purchase a 2021 Kia Soul. Long story, but after a hellish week including an accident and much wrangling with insurance companies, Kelsey made buying a new car a smooth and painless experience, as well as being delightful to work with on a personal level. Between me and my spouse, this our third purchase from Enterprise, and weve had 0 complaints. No hard sell, no sleazy sales tactics, and full transparency. Five stars and a little smiley face.

When I bought my 1st car with Kelsey she was amazing. She didnt constantly call me to see when I was coming in. Unfortunately my 1st car was totaled in a car accident so I went back to them to get my next car. Daniel helped me the 2nd time and he was just as amazing as Kelsey. They didnt try to upsale me in getting more then what I needed. They listened to my needs and provided. Baby was also helpful. My next purchase either for my teen son or myself I will be going back to them again.

Bought a vehicle from them in Feb 23. May of 24 the battery died while still under warranty. They told me I should have bought a maintenance plan(which they openly stated didnt cover batteries.)I told them I just needed their help claiming the 3 year warranty on the battery. They told me I should go to the Nissan dealership and see if they will help.Probably should have taken that advice when I bought the car....

The most Luke wam car buying experience I’ve ever had! Aaron is the worst customer care rep I’ve ever experienced! The manager Baby was helpful and she knew what she was doing down to a science! The sales team wasn’t inviting nor were very hands on Aaron kind of made me feel unwelcome. I enjoyed working with baby and Milan was absolutely amazing! They should hire more staff like her! She identified with me asked a question and had the upmost empathy for me! That’s amazing customer care as I work in customer care as well. Milan is absolutely Amazing! Baby worked with me best she could! It’s not a bad place to buy a car!

I recently purchased a car here, and the experience and customer service from Kelsey was incredible! Kelsey was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was able to answer all of my questions. She was also very patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I found the car I want online.I chatted and made an appointment. I thought I have to go to Redwood city Enterprise. Daniel Hall from Stevencreek Enterprise called me and he said he would brought the car to Stevencreek, which is closer to our home.On the appointment day,when Daniel called, I thought I could not make it.But,later that day we arrived to Stevencreek Enterprise without calling Daniel.When we arrived, Kelsey Mayers came to help us,said that Deniel was busy helping customer .We are very satisfied and please with her help and her finance manager Oma.Very knowledgeable and no pressure.Enterprises non negotiating price and no extra added fees.Overall I would recommend to buy a car from Enterprise Rental.Tintin

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. I recently went there to test drive a car. Unfortunately, the car was sold before I arrived, but thats life, it happens. However, Francisco, the seller I was dealing with, went above and beyond to understand my needs from the car, what I was interested in, and any deal breakers that would stop me from buying a car. With all this information, he suggested quite a few different cars that were all very appealing, and I liked all of them. On top of that, he and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and patient. It was my first time looking at cars and they were happy to let me test drive a couple on the spot. I really appreciated how much support they offered me. I recommend Enterprise to anyone whos looking to buy a car, youll have a great experience. Sidenote, they also have the best included warranty I found.

From the minute we walked in, til the time we drove our new car off the the lot they made us feel very welcomed and at ease. A few years ago I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from Enterprise in San Jose. I had such a great experience that I decided to come back and purchase another car from Enterprise. This time I decided to go the Santa Clara location and buy a Mustang.As soon as I walked up, I started eye balling the Mustang and a nice sales person by the name of Rebecca came out and introduced herself. She wasnt pushy, or placing any pressure on me at all. She asked what I was looking for and if she could be of assistance.After test driving, we went inside to handle the details. The entire time she was super chill, answered all my questions, and was very thorough about the forms, costs associated etc. After we wrapped up the paper work she was outside physically washing my car, adding gas and adding some much appreciated some TLC to my Stang.When all was said and done, she brought out the big green bow, took a pic of me sitting in the car with the top down looking cool af.I just wanted to give Rebecca a special shout out for taking care of me and being patient. Gregg Pratt was super helpful. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 30k miles for about $20k after my 2005 Nissan Sentra died with 422k miles. Thats right~ over 400k miles! Ill miss that old girl. Absolutely incredible work, start to finish, from Kelsey Meyers. When she initially reached out, she was empathetic listening to my story of my efforts to purchase a specific vehicle. A 2018 Tesla Model S. I was fully aware that the vehicle was either a highly sought after vehicle, difficult to obtain, and rare to find. Nevertheless, Kelsey did her due diligence, and fortunately snagged a 2018 Tesla Model S. Black exterior, black interior. Because of the Due Bill I had previously filled out, all that was left, was the inspection and full certification. Kelsey made sure to update me periodically and reassure me of the process. July 14th, the call came in. The Tesla is finally here on our lot and in our possession. Excitement within myself ensued. The following day couldnt come any faster. Despite the crazy events leading up to my visit, upon arrival, Kelsey was more than sympathetic and beyond accommodating. With the gracious help from the manager, Baby Banger, I was FINALLY, able to drive away a very happy man. I cannot thank Kelsey and Baby enough for going above and beyond expectations to satisfy my requests and ultimately pull through with their promises. I wanted to shop for a car for office commute and came across this dealership which had great reviews. I had pre-decided the model from their website and wanted to test drive the vehicle. I scheduled an appointment with them. I was attended by Kelsey, who followed up on my appointment and once I arrived she made sure she understood all my requirements first. She could have easily let me choose the model that I pre-decided and settle for it. Rather, she encouraged me to look across their inventory to hunt for a better fit for me based on my requirement and patiently explained the features of various options. An example of great customer orientation. After looking through, I test drove a vehicle which had perfectly fit my requirement. I went for it.Another great feature of this franchise is 7-day return policy. Although I was happy with the vehicle that I had initially chosen, I realized that one feature was not available in this trim. I had missed to exercise this feature during my test drive. I came back to the dealership for the return and purchased another vehicle that had this feature. The entire exchange process was so hassle-free.Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested and I would like to specially thank Kelsey for the wonderful shopping experience!

Absolutely amazing experience!! I have never purchased a vehicle from a rental car sales company. A major option that initially got me to visit the lot was that they had a diverse selection of makes and models in their inventory. I was able to test drive models from Hyundai to Lexus to determine what would best fit my needs. Another option is that they more than willing to bring a car over to you from another one of their locations for your test drive, often available the very next day. I was pleased to discover the included warranty Enterprise provides for all of its vehicles at no extra charge as well as a 7-day return policy with only a small restocking fee. Unless you buy a certified car at a dealership here, you will need to pay for the additional powertrain warranty. Customer service was well above ANYTHING I have ever gotten at a dealership or independent used car lot. This is also my first time purchasing a vehicle at a no haggle price. Initially, I was hesitant to being unable to negotiate. However at no time did the staff adopt a rude take or leave it attitude with poor customer service. Instead, they were always courteous and extremely helpful. I was met and assisted by two managers and 3 salespeople with a seamless process over several days. A perfect hand-off to make sure I was helped regardless of my schedule, time I called or questions I had. Dont think twice about going to Enterprise Car Sales and seriously considering one of their cars.

Net: Nice people work here and do a solid job with customer service. But the company is a standard dealer out to get your money and wouldnt trust them with the car selling process again. Theyre in it for the money > customers. (No dig at the people at all, they are, for the most part, solid.)Went in to look at cars and get my car assessed for trade in/selling. Went in twice within a span of two weeks and got the car assessed twice in that time. The first time, I was looking at buying a car from them and got one value for the car with the car condition as Good. Second time, went in and mentioned I just wanted to sell and didnt want to buy a car of theirs. Didnt like what I saw on the lot.Told to wait 10 minutes for an email back for the inventory guy to assess the vehicle because I wasnt trading in and provide the new quote. Waited in the store 30 minutes, then later and waited an additional 5 hours and no car or email. Bad follow through, no apologies.And no material difference in the car from eval 1 and 2. This time, the car had apparently significantly deteriorated in condition and the valuation had significantly decreased. Even at that condition, KBB/Carfax offered more money, but thats beside the point. Went through with the sale anyway and was charged other DMV fees in the process that friends who work at dealerships shared dealers typically waive/dont charge customers given their negligible amounts to the dealer (but hefty for consumers).Not Enterprise though! All about Nickle and Diming you :)Again, mainly a pleasant experience with some of the people there. Theyve done a good job with the hiring process. But not a company to be trusted when it comes to selling your car, despite the language on their website suggesting otherwise.

He made it such a pleasant experience and was able to find me the vehicle I wanted and was able to save me transfer fees by finding a similar car locally. Aaron informed us that the car we ordered was still en route. He suggested we test drive another car that interested us, so we did. We asked Aaron to come with us as I and my wife took turns driving. When we returned to the office, the car we requested had arrived so we drove it as well. We liked it and sat with Aaron to complete the needed paperwork. I just want to say how thankful I am for the entire Enterprise staff at the Santa Clara dealers. Last year was really hard for everyone and coming into a new year I didnt expect new problems. My old cars engine was getting bad because of its high miles on it and I did my best to keep in running. I worked with Rebecca for about 3 months. Step-by-step, I am sure she must have thought I was not a serious buyer. I was, but, I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my life and I seriously cannot stand the pressure from the poor sales people who are just doing their jobs, but can be pushy while doing so. I usually end up feeling pressured and awful, not knowing if I trust the information they provide. This time, I did my homework before hand and I recommend everyone do that before actually walking into buy a vehicle, anywhere. But, along the way Rebecca answered all my emails, made numerous times to be available and was a pleasure to work with. The day I purchased the vehicle I targeted, I gave an hours notice before showing up. I was treated kindly, the entire purchase took about 90 min, or less and her manager Sonja was just very efficient and helpful. I got 3 estimates on my trade-in from dealerships and they were all about 2k less than Enterprise gave, which was an important factor to me. I love my new Nissan Rogue and would recommend San Jose Enterprise to all.

We have been shopping for a newer used car (2014-2015) for a few months. Been to several lots and even our Credit Unions used car fair. We found several cars we liked, however the price and/or the mileage was higher than we wanted. I had heard from an Enterprise shuttle driver that they sold cars, and that the cars selected for sale were all low miles, mint condition and the prices were below blue book. The financing we wanted to use was through our Credit Union, who finances 100% on used cars low BB amount, so we decided to stop at the N 1st Street Enterprise sales lot since we happened to be in San Jose for the Credit Union sale anyways. We saw several cars that fit our needs, but our favorite (2015 300C) was not our favorite color combination (Black/Black). While we were test driving it, and then a beautiful 2015 fully loaded Impala, our sales guy Dominic searched other Enterprise Sales locations and found one with lower miles which was a silver/pearl color. He told us it was in Redwood City, and if we wanted to see it he would drive up there and bring it down while we had lunch. After lunch it was waiting for us, what a beautiful car! Under 20k miles, mint condition, and below BB. SOLD!!!We also worked with Daniel on the financing paperwork so that we could drive it home. He got the rates from TechCU for a temporary approval until we finalized paperwork with them. As I was signing on the dotted line, Dominic arranged for the car to be filled up and detailed. Smooth dealings... and we drove it home that afternoon.Our Credit Union financed 100%, we did have to come up with some cash ($3) for an extended warranty and tax/registration that brought the total price over the 100% mark. I 100% will purchase my next car from Enterprise. What a great experience, no haggle needed. We did our research and the price of this car was about $8,000 lower than the used car lots.A shout out to TechCU credit union also. I had an old checking account with about $300 balance, and they financed this car at 2.4%. Hard to find a better deal than that on a used car. Unless you let their staff find a car for you, they finance at 1.99%.Anyway! I am a very happy camper!

I went back to look at it and decided to buy it.The good. The vehicle was very clean, well maintained, and had just 21K miles. I drove it and worked fine. So I bought it.The not so good. Two days later I noticed that car was missing all of the floor mats! No problem, I thought. I emailed the salesman and he said sorry. You bought it as is, and we cant help you. Clearly my fault for not noticing when I test drove and inspected the car. But it seems to me that floor mats are a basic item that they should have added! But its not their policy. So buyer beware!That said, I am happy with the car, I found mats to fit but I still think that they should have been provided.- after the first email that indicated no help, a manager reached out to me and offered to provide the floor mats. My credit rating is not that great but after my credit union turned me down they recommended this place Matt kept calling me and encouraged me to go in. Tavares took me on a couple of test drives and I found my car. I didnt think I would qualify but after a few hours, they told me they found a bank to finance my loan! My car was almost 20 years old, in running condition but needed a major repair. They even gave me a few bucks for that car. I was amazed at the level of customer service they provided. And with my credit rating, its easy for banks and car dealerships to look down their noses at you...not here. Many cars to choose from and it really is a hassle-free environment. I would recommend shopping here first before anywhere else. Your financial situation may differ from mine and Im sure a loan is not always guaranteed, but at least they will give it a try. My search for a new car began online at the Enterprise Car Sales website. I viewed the current inventory and texted with staff in the onscreen miniwindow. They were eager to answer my questions. I was able to find just what I wanted and had it sent from a neighboring city. The folks (David and Rebecca) at the Santa Clara office took my info over the phone and processed the deal. I like this place; low pressure, good merchandise, knowledgeable and experienced sales people who know the administrative ins and outs of dealing with car purchases.Holding back 1 star. I only have two points for potential improvement:1. We ended up moving really fast. Dealing with credit agencies, potential buyers being under-age and without picture ID and so forth. It would have helped to know the documentation necessities before coming. We had to phone back home to other family members and have them photograph and text passports, mail pieces, etc. to us at the dealership. These are things we could have brought with us had we been told beforehand.2. We noticed a few days later that the car smelled a bit like marijuana. My son is concerned what will happen if the police ever pull him over and take a whiff.

I was trying to sell my car here, they give me an appraisal on the first day and advised that offer is valid for a week. But I went there on the second day to sell it. They refused to buy our car and said that it is not profitable for them to buy our car. They dont honor their offer, why they give us an offer on the first time and waste our time to go there again. I dont want to go there anymore. Very bad experience.

After a week of being told that i was approved i still dont have the car that they say i was approved for . Then the finance manager is gone for 2 weeks after she told me she was working on the paper work. So i gave up and ended going to Hertz and was able to get approved the same day and drove of the lot with my car. What a bad experience with enterprise sales in San Jose Ca.
