I have been working with Julie Anne Caringal at Instaboost Media on internet marketing and our website for about six months. Ms. Caringal and Instaboost have been excellent to work with. I have spent many thousands of dollars over the years trying to find someone who could help with website design and internet marketing, and in my experience most companies are eager to take your money but fall down when it comes to customer service and follow through. In contrast, Ms. Caringal answers her phone, or if shes busy she returns calls in a prompt manner. We recently purchased 2 Atoll Boards (1 blue, 1 green). We could not be happier with these boards Great boards, great customer service! Below is a more detailed review of the boards after using them on several lake and ocean paddles.Ordering/Shipping - I ordered the boards from Atoll website to take advantage of a current $100 off promotion when you buy two boards. The boards arrived within 4 business days. The boards come double-boxed and all the gear was in great shape when it arrived.Setup - The guide included with the book covers the basics of the setup, but if you need more information or are looking for a tutorial you should check out the Atoll Board Co YouTube videos. Inflating the boards is pretty easy to start and gets more difficult as the PSI increases. Changing the pump to single action makes pumping at the higher PSI easier. If you find the manual pump too tiring, Atoll and others sell electric air pumps. The installation of the larger middle fin and putting the paddle together are both easy processes.Paddling - The boards are great on the water. They are very stable and glide nicely. On several of our lake paddles, my wife and I brought our three kids who sit on the boards (and sometimes use the board as a floating dive platform). Even with the added weight, the boards perform great and are very stable. We primarily purchased these for use on lakes, but I loved it so much I had to bring it on a recent beach trip to try it in the ocean. It is so easy to transport the boards because they fit in an oversized backpack. The board handled great in the ocean even in windy and choppy conditions.Board Design - I love the design of boards including the logo and other details. We used the bungee cords and d-rings to hook a cooler and other gear to on our paddles.As I mentioned above, we could not be more happy with the Atoll boards. We look forward to a lot of family adventures on these boards! Thanks Atoll Board Co.!
