I contacted Marco prior to my purchased and he was very responsive and helpful.I ended up buying a pair of Shamir Autograph Intelligence Clear Progressives lenses on Apr 10, 2022 for $375.They arrived with a small chip on the edge near the frame. It didnt seem to make a functional difference, but still, one expects things to be in order when buying high end lenses.I contacted Marco about it and got no reply.

What an amazing service. Walk in with your broken eye glass lenses and walk out 40 minutes later with new lenses for only $55!! Marco is a class act. He is pleasant to interact with and just seems to be a good person. I love helping people like him succeed.I purchased 3 new pairs of glasses in 1 month, because I keep loosing or scratching them, so I was looking for an alternative. The great thing is that I am not sacrificing in quality, service and especially value. At only $55 you cant beat it.

I had a couple of Ray Ban Balorama sunglass frames that I wanted to put prescription lenses in and Zoomer was recommended to me by another lab that couldnt do it. I dropped my frames off on a Sunday and they were ready the next day. These are the best prescription glasses I have ever had. The lenses are clear from every angle with no distortion and the transition lenses get very dark, just like the sunglasses were. I couldnt be happier with the glasses and highly recommend Zoomer Lenses.

I am blown away by this service. Marco was exceptionally helpful and the turnaround time on brand new frames+lenses was less than 30minutes. I seriously cannot believe how fast and high quality Zoomer is.Im traveling with my family to Disneyland and had some eye irritation. My contact lenses werent working and unfortunately I forgot to pack my glasses. Marco saved the day. I came in with a request to adjust a couple pairs of sunglasses. The service I got here was top notch. These guys know their stuff. They made the adjustments free of charge. I’ve had multiple different optometry offices deny service on my glasses because they were either too inexperienced or worried about damaging my frames. The people at Zoomer approached it totally differently. They corrected my glasses in no time. They turned an expensive pair of sunglasses, that I thought were unwearable, back into something I can actually use. What a gift. I’m recommending these guys to everyone from now on

I broke my glasses to the point of no repair. The lens were an old prescription. I had my new one but I was definitely procrastinating getting my new pair until I broke them. I was looking for a place that could have a fast turnaround. This place definitely delivered. I called them first thing in the morning. Rudy was super polite and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions. I asked about pricing and it definitely varies in what you are looking for. I was only looking for the new lens. I had an existing frame that I wanted to use. But I am definitely coming back here for a second pair. Upon arrival I was attended paid the amount. Rudy told me that it would take about an hour or so for pick up. I went to walking around to get breakfast. Within the hour I received a text that they were ready for pickup. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the team they have. Highly recommend if you break your glasses and need a quick turnaround.

The service at zoomer for replacement lenses is not even comparable to the conventional optometrist who are mostly pushy for a sale, then you wait quite awhile for your new glasses.At zoomer, bring your frames or just a prescription, Marcos can provide your frames as well if necessary.Zoomers in-house machinery can produce your lenses in a few hours in the house (beautiful machinery). Was in need of a place to insert prescription lenses into a pair of Gentle Monster optical glasses I had purchased. With my higher prescription, I needed lenses made at a lab and unfortunately Costco could not work on the GM frames bc they were plastic and could not cold insert the lenses.Luckily I found Zoomer! After shopping at other optical lens places I could not get a 1.67 AR blue light lens for less than 150$ and it would take a week or two. Zoomer was able to finish it up in 30 minutes for much less! Just a trip to south coast plaza and we were texted to return for pick up. Marco and the staff were amazing and we were able to chat a bit about the lab machinery they had in store.After visiting I am recommending zoomer to those I know who might need similar help, especially with the rise in designer frames to use as eyeglasses! They were extremely professional and I could tell they were experienced in their work.

LISTEN. This place has 5 stars for a REASON!I came here when I had to wait 2 weeks for my new prescription glasses to come back from my doctors. This means I had two weeks of strict contact use (the one pair I receive when Im waiting for new glasses and contacts). I had my old pair of glasses just at home and was hoping I could get replacement lenses in my old glasses that I love so dearly. Everywhere was either super expensive or would take just as long to get back to me as the pair I was already waiting on. Once in a blue moon, I come across a business worth telling all my family and friends about, with 100% confidence that they will have an amazing experience. Zoomer is one of these places.Consistently, the owner Marco brings a rare combination of professionalism (on par with the most upscale businesses) and care (treating customers with a degree of attentiveness and generosity almost like family).To date, Ive had two pairs of frames (one very worn but very loved; the other a casual find at a small boutique in Tokyo) brought here for replacement lens. At Zoomer, I can get 1.67 high index lenses that look, feel, and keep just as well as my previous ones that cost $300+ each.....at less than half the price!Whats more: Zoomer has its own lab on site, which means you dont have to wait 7-10 business days to pick up your brand new glasses, but only 20-30 minutes!The after-sales service is just as impressive. Marco offered to make me new lenses when he heard that I felt a little dizzy with my frames from Japan. He personally measured my PD with a digital mirror (not the handheld ruler) and returned with my new glasses in 20 minutes! I was desperate for high quality, affordable glasses that could be done as quickly as possible. I had bad experiences with glasses made through the time consuming out of office labs at my Irvine optometrist’s office (they broke a frame I brought in to have lenses replaced in, as well as made me several pairs that were almost unusable due to distortion yet the customer service refused to do anything about it). I recently broke the frame on my favorite pair of glasses and decided to try this place after a Google search and reading the reviews. It was so amazing to experience Zoomer’s way of doing things. The nice man who helped me (Marco?) reviewed my prescription and discussed my options and actually helped me decide against the more expensive progressive lenses due to my reading prescription not being high enough. His honesty really impressed me. I was directed very specifically to frames that would work best with my Rx, and again, he directed me away from a more expensive brand name frame to a no name $50 frame I liked even better, and after paying an extremely reasonable price for high index lenses with anti UV and blue light coating (I have moderately severe myopia and astigmatism), I came back in 2 hours and they were done. I have never had glasses made so fast before so I almost dreaded trying them on- it seemed too good to be true that this hassle free, reasonably priced, and unconventional glasses shop could also produce high quality glasses - but they are amazing. I like these even better than my old favorite glasses. Marco also let me know they do transition lenses, sports goggles, and of course, the progressive lenses so I’ll definitely be coming back for my and my family’s glasses needs thanks to his honesty, trustworthiness, and the magnificent service his shop offers. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem.

I wanted to replace my glasses lens with the new prescription and happened to found Zoomer on Google. Its close to my place so I decided to drop my glasses off. To my surprise, Marco was about to re-lens my glasses in less than 15 minutes. On top of that, his pricing is very reasonable. I was about to get good quality blue light lens for fraction of the cost what other places are charging. I wish Zoomer was around all these years because I spent so much money for my glasses at other places. 5 Star Christmas gift to myself! I couldn’t leave my frames for lens replacement at my Optometrist’s office because they ship them out and there is no promise of getting them back due to breakage or loss, so plan B was easy because I remembered Zoomers. Costco had referred me to them when my friend’s “impossible” lens prescription fell beyond their capacity, and almost Zoomer’s too, but they miraculously accomplished it.Needless to say, their service is 5 star plus! This same friend had completely dilapidated 10 year-old frames and even with his old lenses, he was nearly blind, so with no backup vision on hand, Mark and Rudy got to work hunting down frames in their office that would accommodate his old coke-bottle lenses so he could see while the new lenses were being prepared with new frames. Do you know they donated them to my friend so he would have a backup. And it wasn’t even Christmas at the time.I took my precious frames right over to Zoomers the day after my exam knowing they would be in good hands. What I didn’t know is that they would have it all finished before the end of the day, and I would not have to go without eyes but for a few short hours. It was the best Christmas gift to myself EVER! Wow! These guys are AWESOME! They replaced my lenses on my $500 Burberry glasses that were all scratched for an amazing price, and polarized lenses as well (my old ones were not polarized), in an amazing color and the quality was simply exceptional! Like brand new - even my wife was amazed. We are going to bring her $700 glasses to these guys now and another pair of $400 ones as well. This is a legit service and the glasses came out better than expected - beautiful in fact! I had asked all over town to get these replaced and nobody could do it— until today when I met Marco at Zoomer Lenses! The store is so nice and welcoming. Marco was friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me a selection of lenses to choose from and I only had to pay $55 to get brand new *beautiful* lenses. 5+ stars!! I got prescription sunglasses from them and they were super fast. Then a few months later my prescription changed?! I had to update my regular glasses, my sunglasses and get rose tinted glasses for migraines. They updated my sunglasses free of charge, and got my glasses ready in a day. They also texted to make sure I liked the tint on my rose glasses. They answered all my questions, and I love all my lenses! I love that I was able to use all my own frames, they have some there but all really high end, and they never pressure you into buying new ones.Thank you!!!

I had a great experience with Zoomer. The pricing was better than retail and even better than the online stores. (Plus, Zoomer uses better quality lenses.) Also, I was able to bring my own frames.The owner was very helpful in explaining my options and helped me choose a great pair of lenses that are super-thin and have very high optical quality.The entire operation is cutting edge -- everything from booking the appointment, to getting measured (they have a camera/app to measure pupil distance instead of eyeballing it with a measuring tape like most eyeglass stores.) Also, since the same person completes the entire process, there is less chance of errors.Their Hello Zoomer slogan is very applicable - this is the future of buying lenses. I will definitely be returning for future pairs.

Excellent service. Marco and Rudy are the best! I took my Celine aviator sunglasses to have their mirrored lenses replaced. They were failing. It was a challenge due to the way the lenses are attached to the frame. Rudy was able to use the existing screws. His work was flawless. Highly recommend this place. Their pricing cant be beat. Our daughter lost her glasses at the beach on vacation. We were desperate for new glasses immediately, so we called Zoomer. I have a pair of small aviator glasses that I love. And, I needed new lenses since my prescription has changed. But, the company that sells the frame no longer puts bifocal lenses in it it. I searched many companies. Zoomer was the ONLY company that I could find that would put bifocals with 50% tint in my frame. Marco was very friendly and helpful. And, the price was excellent. My original lenses were damaged during a trip so they were scratched and peeling-I tried so many things but nothing worked. I’m happy I was able to find Zoomer Lens and have my favorite glasses back in use instead of being stuffed in a drawer.I made an in-store appointment online via the website. The most amazing customer service! I have a pair of glasses that I love so much but they don’t make the frames anymore so I’ve been putting off getting more glasses. This is the only place you ever need to go again for your prescription glasses needs. I finally needed prescription lenses at 67. Pretty good eh? I went over to Oliver Peoples and purchased beautiful, absurdly overpriced frames and had them put my prescription in them. Also an overpriced service. Disaster. I went back for the adjustments. They performed the inevitable tinkering to no avail. I could not see a thing. At my husband’s urging, I went to Zoomers to see Marco…the thing I should have done in the first place. Marco explained the problem and also gave me an education into the types of lenses and their actual prices which of course Oliver Peoples keeps a secret so they can upcharge. He redid my lenses and now my problems are over. Later when I needed a small adjustment in the tightness of the frame and placement on my nose, he happily made the adjustment at no charge. The customer service here is unparalleled. Marco is so knowledgeable and such a nice guy. In addition they have beautiful frames in the store so get over your label fixation if you have one as I did. I made some calls to get a quote for replacement polaroid lenses for my Louis Vuitton sunglasses.I called LensCrafters, and Ive used Warby Parker, Jins, and via ophthalmologists.I found (via googling) a hidden gem called Zoomer Replacement Lenses in Costa Mesa. Of course, they do new glasses also, most of them right on the spot. The Best Part is the price which was amazing,more than 40% cheaper than mentioned above if you dont have vision coverage. I learned about Zoomer when I was at a friends house and while I was there her glasses were being delivered. Marco delivered her glasses and explained the whole process of the company. I knew I’d be contacting him, having several designer glasses that unfortunately had scratches on the lenses. Sending glasses back to the company or taking them to a glass place isn’t a cheap endeavor. So I went on the Zoomer site, put in the info I wanted done to each pair, put in a convenient pick up time for me, and the next morning Marco picked them up. I highly recommend Zoomer for fast, affordable, high-quality lenses. I’m very selective when it comes to glasses. I was able to bring my own frame and prescription and received my lenses in under 30 minutes. My glasses were cleaned and they gave me a cleaning kit and a useful microfiber soft case and container. Before going to Zoomer, I tried buying glasses at an optometrist’s office, but I was limited to certain frames and they wouldn’t/couldn’t order custom lenses for a frame I already owned. Plus, due to Covid, some optometrists require an appointment weeks advance. Anyone frustrated by the traditional process should bring their frame and prescription to Zoomer instead! I have always had a pretty intense love for glasses. Frames are timeless and some of them are hard to let go during the inevitable prescription updates. I first stumbled upon Zoomer after doing an online search for lens replacement. I stopped in for a visit to LensCrafters around Irvine and left hastily after I was informed it would be nearly $400 to exchange my old prescription for blue light lenses. I first thought Zoomer was too good to be true. The same day pick up and drop off lenses are incredible if one doesnt have the time or want to wait two and a half weeks for frames to arrive. I happened upon this service on Google while searching for prescription lenses for my new Oliver Peoples frames and the first thing that caught my attention was the promised 24 hour turnaround with pickup and delivery directly to my doorstep and as if that wasn’t enough the price for my high index, anti reflective, progressive and polarized lenses was actually significantly less than Costco which by far was the least expensive I had ever found up to then. And trust me I’m a relentless shopper. In my case Costco had declined to even work on my frames because they were made as sunglasses and Zoomer had no problem with that. My progressives have no blind spots, and the transition even darkens in the car… not full darkness, but significant. I use them for driving glasses. Lenscrafters really messed up our order and were not upfront in regard to communication. So we went looking online and found zoomers, who was super helpful! We were able to get my sons sports goggles fixed with his prescription lenses, in 15 minutes at 85% less than what lenscrafter charged!
