The name Cheap Wedding Planner definitely caught my attention – I was on the lookout for an event planning team that could offer affordability without compromising on quality. After evaluating various companies, scrutinizing their websites, viewing sample work, and sifting through reviews, I felt the need to engage in a few conversations. Despite my venue event coordinators not being familiar with Charlie, their expertise didnt dissuade me.Upon contacting Charlie, I was swiftly impressed by his prompt and courteous responses, which quickly won me over. I had a multitude of questions, and in every exchange, he responded professionally, addressing my concerns in detail and making me feel at ease. Charlie took the time to understand my vision and helped me comprehend the significance of additional cameras or personnel for the event. I unedited hiring his team to provide planning, coordination, DJ services, live music, photography and videography.Once I finalized the contract and submitted my deposit and ongoing payments, Charlie consistently confirmed their receipt and provided any necessary updates. He proactively reached out to the other professionals I had hired, ensuring seamless coordination among all vendors. On the event day, they arrived as planned, capturing moments of me and my friends getting ready, our attire and venue decor – all without disrupting the whirlwind day. It was only when I received the final work that I truly appreciated their meticulous efforts.The photos and videos they produced were nothing short of stunning. Even my husband, who initially had reservations about the name, was thoroughly impressed. In comparison to other photographers and videographers with exorbitant prices, Charlie offered affordability without compromising on the quality of the final product. The turnaround time was astonishing, with the photos ready in just a few days. I would unquestionably choose Charlie again – not only for his exceptional work but also for his outstanding customer service. He has proven that exceptional service still exists in todays world. Video to DVD, with Ken, Alex and their staff are absolutely amazing!! They are experts in video transfer, editing and production. Before I found Video to DVD, I had a terrible experience with another heavily advertised company in the UT ( 6 VHS tapes to DVD for $39.00 ). I took 40 plus VHS tapes to this company and was promised DVDS, as good as, or better than my old VHS tapes . The promised DVDS were WORSE than my old original VHS tapes! The center portion of each new DVD was “pixelated” and blurred. They agreed to redo a few, but could not change the outcome. They had no explanation as to why this happened and would only give me a partial refund.So, I started over with Video to DVD and what an incredible difference! Ken and Alex showed me all their equipment (they can even play and convert BETA tapes) and played one of my tapes so I could see what it would like on the DVD. They actually monitor the transfer process and adjust the equipment to produce a DVD better than my original old tape! The other company was a “sweatshop” like atmosphere, with lots of desks set up with people processing orders. Their equipment was not visible to the customer.Video to DVD are the consummate experts with patience, fast turn around time ( as opposed to 6 weeks for the other company )and superb customer service. They saved my memories and can save yours too!!
