Hired Chris to produce indoor drone video of our gym in Carmel Valley....during daytime hours while the club was super busy. Difficult challenge, but no problems for Chris! We had a ton of fantastic video, which Chris helped to edit into multiple durations which we believe will be super valuable in our marketing plan!

My experience was nothing but phenomenal from the beginning to the end. After my original photographer cancelled on me the day before my family reunion I went into panic mode. My partner went online and by the grace of god was lead to Chris’s page fortunately for us he was available. Not only did he show up for us, he also came equipped with drones for aerial shots since we were a large group. On top of all the last minute plans I also had an out of the box idea of what I wanted done with the photos. Chris & Silvia certainly delivered, he’s a fantastic guy to work with extremely passionate and professional. I would recommend them a million times over and these two truly deserves it. Wish I could give more 5 stars!

FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY! What a friendly, awesome, talented, and all around kickass job Chris did. We contacted him late in the game and he came in and rocked our world. From the initial contact, he was so fair, personable, and easy to communicate with. Then, his talent came through in the photos and videos immaculately. We are so beyond happy with his work and cant wait for another opportunity to see him make us look good. His concert photography at our show was exemplary. This was literally 10 stars out of 5 type of work. WAY TO GO!!!

I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Chris Brake regarding filming a military honors ceremony at the end of March, 2023. I live in the Midwest and was needing a videographer in the San Diego area to film and create a video for the memorial service. To suggest I was nervous engaging an unknown business from 2000 miles away would be a great understatement. All the what ifs were prominent: will he show; be on time; have the skill; be balanced with his interaction with family; be sensitive to the emotions of the moment; get the shots but remain behind the scenes; get the video completed with me 2000 miles away, etc. etc.? On every category, Chris excelled! He was early; understood the emotional challenges of the day; made great suggestions; caught it all and then some on film and photos and was simply a pleasure to work with. It didnt end there: throughout the weekend he was committed to complete the 20 minute video with music overlay before I left town so the memory was fresh for everyone. Chris was professional, personable and efficient. I cannot recommend Chris enough based on my first hand knowledge and experience. It is unfortunate I am 2000 miles away or Chris would be my go to videographer for all filming needs in the future, no exceptions. I have used other videographers near my home before but in retrospect, none have come close to the new standard set by Chris Brake. As gracious and grateful Chris was for the business, it is I who is grateful to him for a job well done.

I have known Chris Brake Photography for over a decade and change.He was one of the Yelp of San Diego’s exclusive go-to photographer for their hideous Elite parties for several years.Mr. Brake and l have crossed paths working side-by-side after the pandemic to help promote my bar with video and photography.One of the most recent assignments was a surprise birthday party for a childhood friend.Mr. Brake worked under extreme pressure and the outcome of his professional work shows very well on the final product.I was the DJ for the party but my friend at the time asked for a referral and she was surely extremely satisfied with the end result.If you are looking for a hard working pro photographer, then there should be one-stop and apply your brakes for Chris Brake Photography.
