I decided to work with Video Sells Real Estate because I wanted the best for my clients. I knew that David Moya and his team does the absolutely best. They spend so much time working with the agents and preparing them for what it would be like to be on camera as most of us dont have ‘On Camera’ training. What I really love about working with David and Video Sells Real Estate is the way that he and his team help to bring out the best in you. He does a great job at shooting the home, the amenities and actually filming of the outdoors is really the part that I always seem to enjoy the best. When we’re filming on location they have a great way of using their drone and absolutely capturing the best of all the property and the landscape that surrounds the home.Video Sells Real Estate has vamped up my business marketing to a new level. David and his team have done an extraordinary job creating memorizing videos of our properties and have had a way of putting together captivating stories from countless events we have held. Video Sells Real Estate are hands down true professionals. Yes, they have amazing videos and an eye for detail, as well as take the business seriously, but at the same time, David is easy to talk to, gives great suggestions, and really just takes charge of the tasks. David and his team worked on a $13MM property specific video, as well as several community lifestyle videos for us, which all turned out GREAT. Working with David & Josh is really a dream. Its so much fun to produce this video. They made it easy. The process was super intelligent and I enjoyed it a lot. The question that they asked and we worked on the script together...I really enjoyed that and so when it came time to film, it was like my authentic-self was ready to be presented. We’ve used David Moya and his team for the past three years for our Real Estate Videos. David really does a great job. The work is very professional, it’s creative. It makes an amazing impression not only on clients but on buyers. So, I really think if anybody’s looking for real estate, business video work, David is prompt. He’s on time. He makes the whole process of the video shoot very easy.
