I’m a business owner who recently opened up a store in Costa Mesa. At the same time, I’ve been considering moving to California to be closer and manage my new store. He helped me understand the real estate market in southern California, what average housing prices look like and provided me with updated rates and what kind of financing options were available. I had braces when I was in high school and I stopped wearing my retainers so my teeth started to shift overtime :( I knew I wanted to get invasalign but there was sooo many options out there and I wanted to make sure I picked the right place. After doing some research and reading reviews, I came across The Perfect Smile and it met all my expectations!I had my first consultation in Feb 2019 with Dr. Stan and Annie who really took the time to explain the process, listened to my concerns, and answered ALL my questions. I walked away feeling really comfortable and trusting their work. In April 2019, I started my treatment with Dr. Stan. He was very knowledgeable and passionate in his work. He took the time to explain step by step on what he is going to do and made sure I was comfortable and I understood. Their staff was super helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The Perfect Smile really took their time to make sure I was 100% happy before I finalized and agreed to my treatment. Now... 11 months later I am done and graduated to wearing retainers! Tim also provided expert guidance during back-and-forth negotiations on items that were relatively minor in the grand scheme of the total offer but were very important to the seller, and that extra effort helped us reach a final accepted offer. In fact, after we had a contract in place the escrow and closing process was so amicable that we even met with the seller a few days before closing so he could show us around the property (which he had built and spent 30 years meticulously caring for) to point out some features and benefits that we missed on prior visits.
