The best dental office I’ve ever been so far. Staffs are so friendly. Office is very clean. Our family has been seen by Dr Edwards. He has so much patience even with our 3 years old daughter who has never been seen by dentist before. To schedule/cancel an appointment, they make it so easy. I would highly recommend Perfect Smile!! My friend referred me to this place. I really like it here. They were able to help me get in the next day since I had an urgent tooth crack situation. They also booked the cleaning and follow up appointments for me really fast. The people work here are all very nice and patient. One more thing is that they answer their phones! My old dentist office barely does, so I made the switch.

Im not the type to leave reviews, but my experience here has been exceptional. Ive never had such a positive experience at a dentists office. My hygienist Shela is amazing! She managed to make my appointment very entertaining and therapeutic, something Id never imagined myself saying about getting my teeth cleaned. I highly recommend Shela, as well as the rest of the staff here to anyone looking for a dental office.

For years now i been wanting to get my teeth straighten. Its been one of my biggest insecurities. I kept searching for the right place to receive dental treatment. I went to a few different dentist with high reviews on Yelp. From all of them the perfect smile dentist was the best place that gave me security that my teeth were going to be in good hands. I do not regret choosing the perfect smile dentist. I loved the outcome of my Invisalign treatment. The staff are reliable and passionate of their work. They helped me change my teeth cleaning routine, which i greatly thank them. In the pictures you can see the difference. The Perfect Smile is most definitely for the perfect smile. Throughout my various appointments and consultations here, I have never had any problems with the staff or the services. In fact, it was quite the opposite. The staff members were very kind and attentive, ensuring I was in the best condition, feeling comfortable and secure. In addition, they were very professional in explaining the procedures and proceeding with the appointment. Furthermore, the environment is very clean and relieves any fear that most would feel from coming to the dentist. I have been coming to this office for over 10 years now! I have had multiple dental procedures ranging from routine cleaning to fillings and even invisalign. Prior to perfect smile I have never had a good experience going to the dentist. I was always scared because everything would hurt and I didn’t understand anything that was going on. However, that all changed when my sister recommended me to perfect smile. Not only are the staff here incredibly nice but they are also very skilled. I got all 4 of my wisdom tooth pulled out here and somehow I was able to eat perfectly fine the next day. They were just that good that the wound was minimal!I go there around twice a year now and it’s great every time. Any time I have questions the staff would always take their time to answer. The whole process is very organized and they also give you constant reminders! The system is just great and you can tell the workplace is great just by how nice the atmosphere is along the staff. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for great service and great dental care.

I’ve been going to Perfect Smile for a few years now. I love that they have one office to handle everything- general cleanings, ortho, wisdom teeth, etc. If they don’t have the ability to perform a certain procedure, they’ll refer you to someone also trustworthy and caring in their network. I’ve been here for all the above, and each dentist has been knowledgeable, thorough, and kind when treating you. They’re amazing at pain management, as I’ve never been uncomfortable during an appointment. I can trust that they’ll take care of me and do a great job. They changed my mind on what it’s like going to the dentist. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had trouble finding reliable dental offices in the past and I am proud to say I’ve been here for about 2 years now. Also, did I mention they’re open early morning and late in the evening? The hygienist and dentists I had here have been very kind and informative. They explained a lot of things my previous dentist never did. Theyre very thorough with their work and sincerely want your teeth to be in good health. The folks at the front desk are just as great - really efficient and pleasant to interact with. The service at The Perfect Smile is incredible. The whole team and all the staff are nice, welcoming, and attentive. I love that they remind me a week in advance, a day in advance, and the day of my appointment. I also love how quickly they respond to any questions I may have and I could go on about how great this place is.I’m currently undergoing Invisalign treatments with them, and they are very good at keeping me on track with my aligners. I started coming here in 2023 and met with Dr Stan and Dr Kevin. Theyre both really friendly and the staff here are also great and easy to work with! They have a few hygienists and doctors so its been pretty easy to make appointments. I recommend them for being honest (I had a bad dentist before) and good customer service.Hours: Theyre also open until 8pm some nights and some Saturdays which is amazing.My old dentist sucked and I came here and theyre so high tech I was impressed. They showed me the issues - I needed a crown replacement and some cavities filled. Ugh, I was able to knock it all out in two sessions with Dr Kevin. He was very good about making sure I was not in pain. The staff followed up with me to make sure my crown fit. I did need to get it adjusted a little another time but that happens. Im glad they took time to check on me and see me to fix it.I had a cleaning and it was not too painful but felt really thorough!Im also now getting Invisalign - my old braces werent done very well so I get to have adult braces. Yay. :( Its pricy, but from what the dentists shared I think itll be really good for me in the long run.

I would drive extra miles to have the best in everything here. I’m here for regular cleanings and also have done my invisalign with Dr.Edwards. One office have it all from general cleaning, otho, Invisalign and etc. The best entire front and back office Pat, Claudia, Carmen and Tina. The best dental hygienist Jolene was always so kind, patient, understanding, loving and caring. The Perfect Smile indeed! Its about time for me to update this review five years later. First of all, I want to congratulate The Perfect Smile for their 17th Anniversary being in business! A job well done!The dentists along with their staff members working at TPS is extremely professional and are very knowledgeable in their specialized areas. Their equipment is state of the art in terms of technology. X-rays, computer illustrations, questions about procedures can be done in the comfort of your seat. Dr Stan, Dr Ed, and Dr Justin are highly knowledgeable people, and I have lots of confidence in them which eliminates the anxiety and nervousness of going to a dental office. Dr Stan loves to talk... and hes so thorough that you wont have any questions to ask at the end. I dont know how he does it, but it shows hes confident in what he does that creates comfort for the patient.Their hygienists are also very thorough with their teeth cleanings. Also a very comfortable setting when I got my teeth cleaned. Theyll take X-rays if necessary to make sure there are no hidden cavities. Each cleaning procedure will last about a hour, and hygienist will educate you while in the process of cleaning about ways to better brush and better your oral hygiene which is absolutely not embarrassing. Actually I believe its a good thing they tell you as a preventive issue for the long run.Everybody from the back office dental assistants to front is very friendly. Theyll make sure you are treated well when youre there.The office I must admit is very organized, if not one of the cleanest Ive been to. No odors like a typical doctors office, and whole office is well ventilated. You wont see papers, posting (besides their credentials) anywhere. Its well operated.In conclusion, Im very happy with TPS! Theyre actually even better now with a great staff whos always energized and it seems like they genuinely care about their patients, which separates them from their competitors.The Perfect Smile is definitely my go to place for all my ortho needs if needed. Currently doing Invisalign after having a few procedures done to fix previous dental work and take care of some cavities. The Invisalign wasnt something absolutely necessary, but Dr. Kevin explained to me that my top and bottom teeth were crashing into each other too much on the front teeth that the bottom teeth were getting indentations. He explained that if I didnt do something to make it so my top teeth are a little in front of my back teeth, over time my teeth will get damaged from constantly crashing into each other. So far everything feels and looks good.Every time that Ive been to The Perfect Smile, the staff are always so nice, from the front desk staff to the doctors in the back. And all of them always are so patient and will take the time to explain things and answer all questions.Really glad that I found them a few years ago when I needed a dentist right away because I had a very bad toothache caused by my wisdom tooth that I delayed having extracted. Since then, Dr. Kevin has been my dentist and will continue to be unless he leaves The Perfect Smile or I move far away.Thank You The Perfect Smile for your wonderful staff and always making sure that I understand everything thats going on and that my overall health is good and not just my oral health.

I first visited this dental office back in 2021 when I needed to fix an old filling that fell out. They were able to fit me in on the same day, and Dr. Stan did a wonderful job and was very patient while he fixed that cavity for me!Just like many other people, I did not have a good experience with dentists in my childhood, so I read through many reviews before deciding to return back to TPS as a patient after my first filling with Dr. Stan, and I’m so glad I did!Ever since I switched to TPS as my primary dental office, the staff has taken care of my dental needs and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am always feeling comfortable, welcomed, and that I understand everything whenever I visit their office.The staff is excellent, I have nothing but good things to say about each and every person who has helped me. The front desk staff (Carmen, Tina, Claudia) are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I am checking in/out/scheduling appointments or if I need clarification on anything. Kevin is the best dental hygienist—he answers all the questions I have on how to improve my oral care, and always makes sure that I am comfortable and that I’m doing ok during the teeth cleanings. Dr. Kevin is the best dentist ever! He is really kind, patient, and very understanding towards me when I have any concerns or questions about any procedures that I am getting done/will need to get done in the future. I also got my wisdom teeth removed nearly two years ago, and their entire team and oral surgeon Dr. Derek took great care of me when I was under general anesthesia and made sure that my incisions healed nicely (which they did)!!What I really appreciate about TPS as a whole is that their team is transparent about everything (pricing of procedures, insurance coverage, etc.) and they provide great customer service (text reminders about appointments, follow up phone calls after a procedure, flexibility with scheduling appointments, etc.). I have never had a bad interaction with anybody in this office. I also feel less anxious now about my dental visits, because I know there is a terrific team behind me that will take good care of my dental needs. My doctor was Kevin Fang. He was amazing. Very informative. Lets you know whats going on as the process goes on. Asks if youre OK or need a break. I been coming to the Perfect Smile for one year now and it’s been a great experience. My co worker spoke to highly of them that I had to try them out. I came in for a regular check up and teeth cleaning and later decided to do Invisalign. The staff is always super friendly, and Dr. Stan is amazing at explaining the process and taking his time during our check up. Would absolutely recommend doing Invisalign here with Dr. Stan! I had crowding on my lower teeth and some teeth were turned on top. I had two or three other consultations before a friend recommended coming here (one of the other doctors I saw said I had to pull teeth, that Invisalign wasnt possible, and that I would have to do regular braces. Yikes. Also, NO). My consultation was the perfect experience - I remember speaking with one of the other team members, Laura, about my concerns, and she gave me her honest opinion and some good advice that really helped me feel comfortable with this place. Dr. Stan was so great during my consult, and I appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and even showed me visual examples as he was explaining. Showing me before and agrees of previous work is what convinced me this would be possible. My Invisalign treatment was 17 trays for 2 weeks each, which took about 8-9 months, but I had refinement trays at the end, so I would expect that. In total it took 10 months, and Im so happy I went here! I will be recommending to others!!!

The Dentist (Kevin) was great during my evaluation as he walked me through the work I needed to have on my teeth with pictures and X-rays.I went in today for the left side of my mouth and felt no pain at all. This review is for Invisalign, which I just completed. I got married this year and wanted to fix my overbite. I had braces back in high school but like the majority I didnt wear my retainers and my teeth shifted. I thought invisalign will be better for me and did not want to wear the metal wired ones.Dr. Stanley is really helpful and understood my timeline. I thought the service was only going to take 6 months and came in sort of late to see him. It did end up taking about 12 months because I wanted the top and bottom set to be closer together. I was still able to have my teeth perfect for my wedding. He is really patient and wants to make sure you are happy with the entire service. I had to take photos and he was kind of enough to remove the attachments so I looked my best for photos and on my wedding day. Everything worked out great that I now go to them for general clean up as well.All the staff here are professional and friendly. Definitely book your appointments early as they do get booked up really fast. Especially, their general cleaning. They also have pretty good hours some days they are open really early that I can go before work and some nights are open as late as 8 PM. So they definitely try to accommodate various schedules.

Throughout COVID, the office has been extremely understanding and implemented different ways of prevention. When you walk through the door, they ask you to sanitize and put your palm against a temperature reader (like iron man - super cute).Dr. Stan and Luis normally help me and they always tell me helpful advice of how to maintain my teeth and provide thorough explanations for what they’re doing. I started off with only my Invisalign plan here but I chose to stick with them for my other dental concerns too. They have a very strong team thats always so friendly and helpful. First off, front desk Annie is exceptional. She is so attentive and personable. She is definitely the best and I always feel welcomed whenever she greets me. Dr. Stan was my Invisalign dentist and he is always great at what he does as well. I could tell he genuinely cared about all his patients from the way he talks. Last but not least, Dr. June is the sweetest and most caring dentist I have ever met in my entire life. She is the one in charge of oral surgeries or other special procedures. I came here for the first time about a year ago for Invisalign treatment and just completed my treatment. Place is very clean and they did an exceptional job keeping everyone safe during the COVID-19 crisis. Reception staff was very nice. They have good hrs and I never had a hard time getting an appointment. I initially was told my Invisalign would take 6-8 months and it ended up being just over a year. I had to be rescanned 2 times after the first. Price was reasonably and they were transparent about costs and insurance coverage. The only reason I give it 4 versus 5 stars was the dentist I saw. While the assistants were nice and I never had an issue with them, I felt as if the dentist wasnt very friendly, personable, and was quick with my appointments. I didnt feel like he really took the time to see how I was progressing and wasnt invested on making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Especially at the end I felt he really rushed it and I had to tell him what to fix and there was still more things I would have wanted him to fix that I wasnt given the opportunity to. I plan to go back if need be, but not sure if it was the limitations of what he could do or the Invisalign treatment itself that has its limitations. Overall I recommend this place.

I really had a positive experience at Perfect Smile and would recommend it to friends, family, and strangers. I debated Invisalign for years and finally decided to do it when I found out my dental insurance covered 50%. I had three Invisalign consultations - two at Orthos in Pasadena and one at Perfect Smile. All of which I found through Invisaligns site. I went to Perfect Smile first and had a wonderful and detailed consultation and was given a fair price. They encouraged me to hear from others before committing so I went forwarded with my other consultations. I was told at the other establishments that it would take up 1.5 years to fix my teeth and quoted me ridiculous amounts! I knew that I wanted to go back to Perfect Smile because I trusted their consultation. I got Invisalign with Perfect Smile in September and by January (only 4.5 months!!)...my teeth look perfectly straight and great! They offer a payment plan and that helped me be able to afford the treatment. I work full time so the fact they have 7am appointments really made my experience not stressful. The staff is incredible. Im currently wrapping up my Invisalign experience and I remember during the middle of my treatment there was an issue with the seating of my trays that occurred over the weekend and I emailed them on a Saturday morning only to have Annie (front desk admin) call me back and assist me almost instantaneously, which I didnt expect since they were technically closed. After 2 years of having Invisalign, my treatment has finally been completed! I am so glad I made the decision to have it done at The Perfect Smile. My experience here has been a pleasant one - great staff and dentists! Initially, I just wanted to come here for Invisalign because I had a general dentist elsewhere. The clinic is great, service is good, but its seems like robbery to me. my husband went there and they asked him to do treatments and deep cleaning (out of pocket), and doesnt allow him to make another appointment unless he does deep cleaning first. the cost of deep cleaning is 410 for one side, so it will be 820 for the full mouth.i dont want to spend more money in this clinic. who knows what will they ask after deep cleaning.

I liked it a lot better when it was an undiscovered gem in a little hole in the wall in Alahambra. Now it seems that everyone is catching on to the great service offered. Mimi has been my dental hygienist almost since I began. My original hygienist was great but no longer works there. Mimi is an excellent and knowledgable cleaner. I went back to Perfect Smile recently after having had experience with 3 other dentists. Most of these dentists either billed my insurance big amounts for very simple work and/or often recommended unnecessary work. My child came here to get Invisalign, not wanting braces, do to the pain experienced by other wearing braces, expecting that it will be painful as well, but it barely hurt at all. The operation of 6 months was smooth and the only bothersome part was brushing your teeth every time when he ate. Update w/ COVID in mind: Ive been a patient at Perfect Smile for a few years and during COVID, I was a bit worried if it would be safe to get my teeth checked and cleaned. But no worries here! I think its important to know what to expect during COVID when entering your dentist. Perfect Smile team tells you ahead of time (email and phone) of what to expect and calling in upon your arrival. They provide you sanitizer to use first thing upon entering and these shoe masks to wear when entering the dentist rooms. I had my teeth cleaned and they told me they have a purifier machine (its a bit loud but you can still hear your dentist/hygienist) that helps clean the air. The cleaning process was efficient and clean and the overall place was very well sanitized. I felt very comfortable being there. Everyone had their mask and face shields on and you can tell they clean everything....even the dark glasses they provide for you because you can smell the alcohol :)I have been going to Perfect Smile for over a year now. Every visit, Im greeted warmly by the team and hygienist. The serves I got were cleaning (about 3 times a year) and cavity update. The place is very clean and all the hygienists were professional and super nice which makes it even more relaxing when you are on the chair. They always ask how you are doing and if you feel uncomfortable and I really appreciate it because it shows that they care.

Friendly staff and Dr. Stan is a legend. Very patient when discussing the treatment plan. I flew in from San Jose for my invisalign appointments and they accommodated me the best they could. A great experience overall.

Ive been coming here for a few years and the experience is always professional and friendly. The team has always been very detailed in their work and I appreciate that they walk me through understanding what theyre doing as they perform procedures. Dr. Tom and his staff are so patient and professional. They spent over an hour for my initial invisalign consultation. They scanned my teeth and took photos. I previously went to some other dentist, they took one minute to look at my teeth and say: yes you need invisalign. I definitely recommend Dr. Tom and the perfect smile dentist.

I held myself back for a while from writing this review since I still do need to keep going here for the remainder of my Invisalign but has reached my limit as of today.First of all, there are pros to this place.1. Minimal wait times- front staff are very efficient and organized although tend to make billing errors at times such as continuing to charge Invisalign payments even after the set number of payments have been paid, overcharging copay. But they were pretty promptly corrected once I brought them up, just keep a close eye on your insurance claims and payments2. Hygienists are very thorough and competent, making sure to get every corner and stain off your teethNow, the Invisalign.Dr. Stan is a nice guy but he is not an orthodontist. I initially went with him vs another ortho because he didnt propose to shave off so much of my teeth for Invisalign, which sounded better to me. I also had pretty nice teeth aesthetically, with some moderate crowding on the bottom (i.e. most people assumed I had braces due to my pretty straight top teeth). He suggested a 9-month Invisalign course. Well after 1 year and 5 months, Im not only still on Invisalign but also on full-blown rubber bands and having to eat WITH trays in to prevent further trauma to my anterior tooth (which is btw wobbly), which just makes me not want to eat for the most of my day at work in front of other people. Also, my teeth have gotten shaved so much in the end anyway to correct the bite problem thats causing the wobbly tooth. I am honestly so very scared for my bite and the wobbly/sore tooth that it will always stay like this and that I wont ever be able to eat things like beef jerky. I am already researching periodontists in case there is severe bone loss in that tooth at the end of all this. What did I sign up for after paying $5k??! Also it turns out, from todays visit, I was told to wear the rubber bands in an incorrect arrangement for the past 10 weeks by the tech. Dr. Stan tried to reassure me that there was no harm done from it, but I dont know what to believe anymore. I feel like he relies on the techs too heavily and does not double check their work at the end or what theyre teaching the patients (and off I go for months on end with wrong info). Often feels like he is in a rush to see other patients in the queue. And I just remembered, Im pretty sure they forgot to take an xray today along with my cleaning (I definitely forgot on my end because I was so flustered after finding out about the whole wrong rubberband situation). Too many cooks in the kitchen and not enough oversight IMHO.TLDR: Good for general dental needs. Invisalign a nightmare personally.

We had to walk in at the last minute because our daughter was having so much pain.They had to stay more then a hour after there closing time for us but the staffs and dentist were very nice and friendly.They also called to check if she was fine the next day.Best Dentist I seen yet.
