Tim helped my wife and I sell our home which we loved and lived in for over 30 years. We decided to move to the coast while keeping a condominium in Sacramento. It was a decision filled with emotion complicated by timing to acquire the condominium and sell our home. Tim was fabulous to work with. He was understanding of our situation, always available, patient and had very good advise with both selling and our purchase of the condominium. He also has very good local knowledge. His resources were instrumental in obtaining appropriate appraisals and work done to prepare and show our home in the best possible manner. We recently worked with Tim on the purchase of a second home and we were very happy with the entire experience. Tim brings a very consultative approach to real estate brokering that we both appreciated and benefitted from. He is very good at anticipating potential issues, and when we decided that we were ready to make an offer on a property he made the time and effort to learn as much as possible about the property, background, time on market, etc. to help us craft our offer. Tim also provided expert guidance during back-and-forth negotiations on items that were relatively minor in the grand scheme of the total offer but were very important to the seller, and that extra effort helped us reach a final accepted offer. In fact, after we had a contract in place the escrow and closing process was so amicable that we even met with the seller a few days before closing so he could show us around the property (which he had built and spent 30 years meticulously caring for) to point out some features and benefits that we missed on prior visits. We highly recommend working with Tim to help you find your dream property!

We highly recommend Tim Comstock. Tim was an excellent Realtor for us as sellers of a condominium in Sacramento. When meeting Tim for the first time, he showed up fully prepared with a market analysis including comps for our type of property and a detailed marketing plan. He looked around the property and immediately provided us with recommendations as to what fix-up work we should and should not have done to prepare the home for listing, and he had qualified people (painter, handyman, stager, etc.) available to work on short notice. We used his recommended people, and were very happy with the quality of their work, timeliness, and cost. Tim arranged for necessary meetings with people from the HOA and made sure we quickly met all requirements to be in compliance with HOA procedures around a sale. Tim was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process, and guiding us as to what to expect when. The net result was that we sold the property at a price we were more than happy with, and the whole process from our initial conversation with Tim to close of escrow was lightening fast, in just under 8 weeks.

Tim Comstock was extremely helpful in helping us with the offer last November. Tim promptly visited the house and reassured us that the house was in a very nice neighborhood of Sacramento.The asking price had already been reduced. Although the current asking price was low relative to real estate costs in other areas of the Bay Area, Tim recommended that due to the size of the house we should pay less than asking. He gave us an offer price that he thought was more appropriate for the house and current conditions. Our offer was accepted. This savings helped us pay for work that was or would be needed in the near future.Tim was extremely helpful in giving us referrals to quality craftsmen and handymen. Within a few weeks we had the hardwood floors refinished and new roofs installed on the house and detached garage.Tim is born and raised Sacramento and really knows the area. He is a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Tim Comstock.

Tim was a fantastic realtor and we were fortunate to work with him during the purchase of our new home. Tim was extremely patient, honest, and hardworking, he showed us homes all over the greater Sacramento area and stuck with us through the competitive market before we found our home in the Tahoe Park area. Tim answered my call immediately when I became interested in the property that ultimately became my current home. I had never purchased a home by myself and he walked me through all of the steps. He advised me when making offers and counteroffers and suggested the names of different contractors/repair persons when I didnt know whom to ask for help. Tim knows the East Sacramento area well since he grew up there and is happy to be a resource for information and advice long after all the paperwork has been signed. I highly recommend Tim whether you are buying or selling your home!

Tim helped my husband and I through the process of buying our first home. We had no idea what we were doing/how to make it all happen, but thankfully a friend recommended we touch base with Tim, who had just helped him purchase a home in the Sacramento area. We were so happy to have found him: from the moment we met him, he helped answer all of our questions about the process, and was the right person throughout. He never pressured us or made us feel as if the decision was anything but our own, but was also a great sounding board about what we should ask for and how to make it the best deal for us.
