George Nakhla of The Miller Group / Beach City Brokers went above and beyond for my family on multiple fronts, so I strongly recommend working with him over other real estate agents, even if others under consideration are friends.First, we were looking for a suitable townhouse large enough to accommodate our growing family. While we lost the first really good option to a competing family that dropped 6-months rent in advance, George found us other good options, one which popped up last second in Redondo. We were the first ones to see the property as it wasn’t fully listed yet. We loved it and locked it up! We were thankful to find the place we moved into, and have George to thank for that.Second, I wanted to rent my condo. George and his team advised on what did and did not needed to be done to prepare the condo for rental. They also advised on the right pricing to get sufficient attention from the market. I set the rent higher, and didnt get enough interest, eventually lowering a bit to their suggestion, at which point I got more visitors and applications, eventually renting out to a qualified candidate. They only accepted qualified renters, so there were several pre-screened choices. I was able to fill the unit to a great tenant.Georges team at The Miller Group (including Kim Harris) was also helpful and responsive with paperwork. A different agency we had previously encountered for a different prospective rental house was neither responsive or helpful, so that was a welcome bonus!When my family and I are ready to purchase a larger home in the future, we will definitely work with George to find a suitable home and help us with the home-buying process. I must emphasize working with George Nakhla if you want someone tenacious, responsive, communicative, and dependable looking out for your real estate agency needs!
