There are certain professions that fit people perfectly. Nick Pasquarella and the Miller Group were born for this. Our purchase of a beautiful home in Huntington Beach seemed effortless on our part. All we did was walk into an open house that we liked and called Nick to tell him we were interested. Nick previously helped our sister and brother-in-law find a home in this area and came highly recommended. Nick took the ball and ran. A bit over 3 weeks later we got our keys. 21 day escrow...piece of cake. He fought for our needs with tact and professionalism. Nick advised us when to stand our ground and when to bend a little. He skillfully negotiated on our behalf, patiently answered our questions and followed up almost every night with a friendly phone call, recapping the events of the day. We highly recommend, fully endorse, and are 100% satisfied with the service The Miller Group provides. Nobody better.

We met Nick and Justin on a whim while walking through Riviera Village, thinking about how great it would be to live in the South Bay. It was serendipitous from the start! We were able to purchase a great home, within our budget, on our very first offer. The whole team was wonderful to work with. Almost 2 years later and we are still pinching ourselves. They helped us not only buy our house; but gave us all the contacts who’ve helped us make it a home. Can’t recommend them enough!

Nick and the Miller Group Team made our transition to the South Bay seamless and effortless. Nick was attentive, communicative and always went above and beyond to ensure that we found a place to call our home. He listened to our wants and concerns and always took them into consideration when helping us find potential places. Nick was always receptive to answering our phone calls, text messages and emails; he continues to check-in on us after a year and a half of moving in! He went well past the extra mile to help us find our home even though we were not in the area; he sent us video recordings of potential places and always sent us updated listings. When we found our home, the Miller Group Team made the paperwork portion of the process easy and smooth. We cannot have found our home without the hard work from Nick and the Miller Group Team!

Getting an apartment in the South Bay is more complicated than it seems, I was so frustrated I couldnt get the perfect lease that it was ridiculous. But then I found The Miller Group and right away they got me in contact with Alfredo their property manager and less than 2 weeks I was able to find my perfect apartment!!His professionalism and kindness were outstanding, he made this experience easier! He was always one text message away, and all of my questions and concerns were answered within minutes, which lets be honest is very hard to find nowadays!I couldnt be happier!! My family and I feel so blessed to have had George Nakhla help us sell one of our income properties. My parents are elderly and are not as computer savvy as I am which made this process a lot slower. George handled the situation perfectly, he was so patient with them. He would drive to their house whenever they had a question. He made them feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I was so impressed with the personal care they received from George. I honestly would recommend his services to anyone of my friends and family. We will definitely call him again when its time to sell our other properties.

We’ve never sold a house and we really had no idea what to expect. We found The Miller Group through a friend and the first time they came to our home, we immediately knew we’d found the right realtor.As soon Nick and his team walked in the door, we felt comfortable with them. They walked around with us, asked the right questions and answered all the ones we had in ways that were easy for us to understand. We decided to go with them before they’d ever left the house.Once we got the process started, they went at our pace. Every single follow up and interaction with Nick and anyone else from the team was kind, informative and professional.During the process my mom passed away and the way this company took care of my dad was heartwarming to say the least. They found the movers, the folks to haul away the junk, a wonderful cleaning crew and I’m guessing they did a million other things behind the scenes that we aren’t even aware of.All we had to do was take what we wanted and leave the rest. They sorted through everything else to determine what was trash and what was able to be donated.We ended up with an all cash offer that was higher than expected, no inspection and a 5 day closing. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. My father, sister and myself all feel the same way. It was a privilege to work with you guys. Thanks a million.

If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, kind, transparent, and actually cares (and seemingly never sleeps!)..get with Justin and his amazing staff. We engaged Justin early and then realized we just didnt have the money to buy where we wanted. Not only was he agreeable, he never stopped checking in with us, discussing options, reviewing mortgage rates, etc. Justin is a savvy realtor and business-person who is well known for being a great guy to work with. He does just enough to keep you in the hunt without overdoing it like some realtors do.Lastly, Justin has a team of awesome associates who make you feel special and also really care about helping you through the sometimes stressful process of buying/selling a home. There must be something in the water at their office, because they are all good people. I have close friends who Ive known for thirty years who are exceptional realtors who I trust. We chose Justin and his team and we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of the transaction and with the relationship weve built with Justin. I worked with Alfredo Puche to find an apartment in Redondo Beach (I was moving from San Francisco) in what proved to be challenging housing market. I would highly recommend his services.Mr. Puche was attentive, responsive, reliable and thorough throughout the process. This included regularly sending me apartments that fit my criteria, arranging video tours and coordinating other logistical matters. He gave the impression that he really cared about helping me find a new home that fit my needs.I grew to trust him enough to sign a lease sight unseen after a video tour and his solicited advice/opinion regarding the apartment (I originally intended to travel to Redondo Beach to view prospects). Justin Miller helped me get into my first home, and then a second, then a third. I remember back before I met him, I kept hitting roadblock after roadblock in trying to get into my first home -- I felt like I was getting led around on a wild goose chase... couldnt find the right house, couldnt find a lender willing to work with me, and very nearly ended up buying the wrong house in the wrong neighborhood.Then I met Justin, and he helped make all of the pieces fall into place. He got me into the right house in the right neighborhood with the right lender, then after we moved in, he hooked me up with a fantastic electrician and landscaper. This mans mental Rolodex is DEEP. Justin was fantastic when my wife and I were trying to locate a home in the Avenues. We were living out of the area and Justin bent over backwards sending us videos and helping us decide if the property was right for us. Hes very patient and easy going, taking as much time as needed to make sure you see every property of interest, and youll see that he really knows the market. Justin did a good job of knowing how to talk to the agent on the other side of the deal, and getting the info we needed to help us make decisions.
