I went on Friday and the atmosphere was clean and friendly. I asked for three small-medium designs on a sweater that I provided. I also provided the designs on my computer for a visual representation and better understanding. Two small screen printed graphics on the sleeve, front, and embroided logo in the back. He started talking about what he needed to do and mentioned something about one screen? and other stuff that other screen printing shops dont mention. After he rushed the explaning process the price went all the way up to 140. At that point it was way more expensive compared to other places but i gave them the benefit of doubt thinking the quality would be second to none judging by the reviews. He told me it would be ready on monday-tuesday and will call or email me which was fine as long as the piece was made well. Once Tuesday came i received no email or call so I waited until Friday which would of marked a whole week gone by and still no call. I had to email them and waited another 3 days until the very next monday and got the email that it was ready. As I arrived to the store, I noticed they got the embroidery and screen printed designs mixed up. The sleeve and front were embroided and the back was screen printed even though I told them it was the other way around. Also the embroided letters looked flimsy and teared up like if they rushed it and didnt check the small edges to see if it was knitted properly. At that point im not sure if he didnt care or notice how it looked since it was just a one time piece (sample) but it looked bad and the sweater looked like it was kicked and shoved all stiffed up. At that point i just wanted to pay and leave and told him if he could do 120 instead of 140 since every aspect of the sweater was bad and probably not inspected. You would think as a first time buyer they would of handled the sweater better and made sure the stitching was on point but unfortunately No. I hope they were just busy and didnt have time to focus on my sample because the quality of work that they gave me was not it :/. If the other reviews are right this shop has potential and style but i think I went on a bad day. If you are looking for design samples for your clothing brand (screen printing,embroidery, sublimation,etc) I would recommend in the Long Beach area or this other embroidery shop in colton that is open 24 hours.?
