I just want to mention MARIO! I’m 67 and have owned businesses, have managed employees for many years and I have to say, once in awhile, when I’ve been lucky, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with folks as professional as MARIO. VIP is fortunate to have him representing their team. He is the best of the best. Friendly, Professional, Courteous, Highly Skilled, Smart, Fast at what he does, Very meticulous ( he didn’t miss one detail ) and just always there willing to help and make sure that I was comfortable and informed. My wife and I have had a motor home for over 30 years, we bought this one new in 2004. When our kids was playing travel sports, I calculated that we spent 90 days/year in it!Family responsibilities dictated that it be mothballed for the last 4 years in the backyard. I would start the engine & the generator periodically and drive it around the city every once in a while, but it really took a beating from the sun, moisture, and the trees it was parked under.I searched around for an RV company that could help and found VIP Enterprises. Full disclosure, initially I was pretty dubious. But after speaking with the owner, Valerie, and then the shop foreman, Daniel I became more comfortable with the company.I sat with Daniel and he explained my options and made suggestions based upon his experience. He was very upfront with the expense and told me where I could save money without cutting corners. Daniel kept in contact regularly to keep us updated on the progress and advised us when they ran into snags that might run into extra costs. They found 2 issues, that might have run into thousands of dollars, called to warn me about them, but diagnosed the problems that were relatively simple repairs without having to buy new parts.I got the coach back three weeks later with everything inspected, repaired, and ready to go. The exterior re-striping looks AWESOME! Wed always wanted a National RV Dolphin, but I was envious of families with the later model who had the Dolphin logo, so Daniel added it for us!I highly recommend them if you need some work done on your RV!

From start to finish Val & Daniel were amazing. They assessed my RV promptly, gave me an estimate, worked with my insurance and work got done in a very expeditious manner. My RV looks brand new. I would definitely recommend VIP Enterprises to everyone.

We had electrical issues with our trailer and it started smoking we were on a trip we called them and they told us to come right down they got on it pretty quickly and got us on the road the work was excellent the tech very knowledgeable and Daniel the manager was great.We would highly recommend them for any RV problems repairs.

This is a very busy RV shop appointments are probably preferred they know what theyre doing and if youre in Fontana its a great place to go opposed to going to one of the other shops that are much further away they work on the big beautiful Class C mobile home so you can trust them to do a good job

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! I want to start with Valarie ( the owner ), from my first conversation with her she was polite and very helpful, even afterwards when I emailed a few times getting more details on what my options were she was straight forward and professional and my wife and I appreciated that. She hooked us up with Daniel who coordinated the whole re-striping (which by the way actually ended up to look more like a semi restoration ) and he was also very helpful when we drove the motorhome in for a quote. He went through every detail with me, helped us pick out the new stripe colors, went over sections that would need paint and made sure there were no surprises when we picked it up. In fact they even did some extra stuff at no charge. Extremely professional. When we picked up the motorhome today I was introduced to Mario and Kenny ( the guys who did all that magic and transformed our old motorhome into a beautiful new looking Class A). I restore old Toyota Land Cruisers, have one in the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum and I can assure anyone reading this review that what they achieved on the refresh of my rig was no easy task,,,,,,,,,so thanks a lot you guys for putting in the hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend VIP STRIPES to anyone. In my opinion they are the best choice out there and their prices are good also. Attached is a before and after. Thanks again guys for a job thoughtfully well done!!
