Came here because I really needed a poster printed. Called so many places and nobody wanted to do it or the price was too high. The lady was nice and more than willing to help me out. I got my poster within a day and it came amazing. Highly recommend and appreciate their business. Will definitely be coming back!

The experience here was something. I felt like there was no customer service. The woman that helped me seemed like she was in a mood because it was getting busy. I dont know if she started to get frazzled because it was showing on the outside.That said, I had to fill out a Commercial Invoice and wasnt really given clear instructions which is quite frustrating. So I filled it out correctly as I thought and she looked it over just to find out that it wasnt filled out properly - I got an email from fedex today saying that the commercial invoice needs to be refilled and the person I was emailing with did a deeper dive on what to fill out and what should be included.That said, never going back here.

Great store, real nice customer service; not to mention their fax services cost about $1 per page. While others charge you a good 1.80+ or more. You can use their computers / and wifi to print out pages. They even do tons of banners or even business cards at your convenience. 100% recommend than your average FedEx or Ups

I was recommended to this shop by my brother who got some posters made for a protest.I’m getting married in September and wanted to make custom labels for some hand sanitizer that we will be giving out to guests. Al was so great to work with he reconfigured our wedding label design to fit the hand sanitizer bottles perfectly. Great work and an honest price.

Its pretty well stocked but the owner is so rude! He did my finger printing and he grabbed my hand like he was angry at it. Just a little harder and I would have been in pain. Gesh guy, not cool. If you have to do finger printing, do not do it here. Never again. Plus it smells like mold 😔

I researched the printing costs of all the shops in san bernardino and copy plus is the cheapest. Felix is so nice and gets everything done in a timely manner. I once had an order that was going to cost around a $100 but Felix brought it down to around $60 and even made a digital copy for me for free. Im not sure if he did it because of the urgency of the situation(my medical records for a disability case) or because hes genuinely an awesome person but either way Im so grateful. He won a loyal customer that will always go to copy plus for my printing, scanning or other related needs. Idk if hes the owner but if not then then his boss needs to give him a promotion. Felix deserves it!!

100 dollars for 500 i had no problem but they sold me cheap ass paper flyers they are useless now the wind will blow them away. Sorry wont be doing buisness anymore with this company
