The customer service provided here is superb - they follow-up regularly to let you know the status of the repair, they call with estimates and when the service is done. They are all very nice. You might have trouble finding them at first but they are upstairs in Suite 253. Very good service, They did not charge me to diagnose the problem with my computer and the price for repair was much lower then expected, They even came out to my place to make sure that everything was working and their was no extra charge. Highly recommend.

I have high praise for Neal at network consulting services. We are a small business that depends on our computer for running our business. We accidentally clicked on a popup that started a scary chain of events and we were fortunate enough to remember to call Neal. He helped us over the phone to save our computer and prevent any permanent damage. Not only was Neal willing to help, He had the expertise to explain in simple terms exactly what we had to do. It nice to know that there are businesses out there that have genuine customer service like neal. We are grateful and happy to use his services now and in the future. He keeps himself informed on the latest computer dangers and when he is needed he is there.

This store repairs android/apple tablets, phones. They also repair computers. I brought my gaming laptop, which stopped responding and the technician performed troubleshooting at no-charge. Both he and I suspected that a fried motherboard was the issue, but he suggested that it may also be a power jack issue. He replaced the power jack for $15 and found that it did not fix the issue, and concluded that the motherboard was the issue after all. I was not charged labor. He offered to replace the motherboard, however I opted to get a new computer instead. I called him for advice regarding using my SSD hard drive, RAM and HDD from the old computer to upgrade the new computer. He was friendly and offered his advice over the phone. The staff is quick, responsive, courteous, professional and very reasonably priced. Also, I love their wall of shame (they have an entire wall covered with broken phones, some of which were used for target practice LOL). I have already recommended a close friend to use their services, and would not hesitate to use them again.
