They were able to build a gaming pc which cost me less than a prebuilt of same specs. Solid work on the build including, cable management, gpu brackets, screws torqued down right, driver setup and windows installation. Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Computer Pro2call

Best computer repair shop around. Robert was extremely helpful in diagnosing my PC when I could no longer get it to boot. He gave me constant updates on what parts of my PC he was testing until they figured it out and even cleaned up the cabling/fixed the ventilation on my machine. Amazing customer service!

Excellent Service. Richard answered my questions and explained alot concerning a used laptop i was given, which he was able to restore and reset. Very pleased with the result and very affordable too. They are a walk in shop but also do remote work too! Highly recommend this place and will use them from now on should the need arise.

I spoke to various other repair shops within the areas of Redlands, Loma Linda, and Grand Terrace before coming here. They all told me the laptop was not worth saving due to scarce or expensive parts and labor. I brought it into Computer Pro2call and was given pricing for parts and labor. Very knowledgeable and honest people. The repair cost me only about $140 (parts and labor), which I thought was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Ill start off by saying this place is a 5/5 in every aspect. My laptop had some glitch and it wouldnt turn on or work, even though its about 3 months old. And I was moving out of town in like 3 days so I was on a real time crunch.I bring the machine over to Robert and his team in the store, and they take a look at whats up and run some diagnostics. They gave me an initial break down and whats surprising is that theyre totally transparent! They explained the problem, gave me the pricing break down, and explained everything. Best of all, unlike other computer places Ive been to, they dont overcharge you for things and only bill you for what was done. Totally honest service and fair!Best of all, they got my machine fixed the same day and I was able to bring it with me for the move. These guys are just awesome with great service, pricing, and overall reliable and fast. If your machine breaks or somethings up, bring it here ASAP.Thanks!

The absolute best :)) destroyed my macbook by liquid damage and went to another laptop repair shop— charged me $600. apple charged me $860. checked computer pro2call and they made me buy the part online that was damaged (around $180) and the actual labor repair by them was only $85!!! that was half of the other laptop repair shop!!! 110% RECOMMEND! the sweetest workers and they provided me with so much information. thank you so much :D if i ever destroy my devices again i know where to go!

I recently took my laptop to Damon and Robert of Computer Pro2Call because it was sluggish and lagging. They are so KNOWLEDGEABLE in their field! Like really Computer TECHY! I was kept up to date on the issues that they found. The diagnosis, the fix of the problem, the service and the fees were all reasonable. I have had my Toshiba laptop for several years and I really didnt want to buy a new one if not absolutely necessary. I am so glad there was a a fix and now I have a FAST, like new laptop! I have used Computer Pro2Call on a couple of different occasions, once when I was hacked and real damage was done. Thankfully they recovered all of the data that I had worked on for 3 years which was vital to my business. The second time was due to my inadvertent mistake of giving away personal data and compromising my online security. They educated me where I was misinformed, gave me sound advice and a plan forward for greater security. Most important they gave me peace of mind.
