I would strongly suggest if you have an iPhone just pay the extra money to have your screen replaced at the apple store. Yes they offer a lifetime warranty on their screens but will find anything to not honor it. I had my screen replaced there and everything went well until screen started flickering and then went dark. Screen also started coming off. Took it in and they found a scratch on the upper corner which they deemed it not under their warranty. I guess if you have your screen replaced there, dont put it your pocket because a scratch can apparently be the cause for your screen to stop working. Also for the screen to all of sudden come off.*** See below to your response**I am being completely honest I have no reason to lie. If youre referring to the damage done to the back of the phone like I explained to your rep. It was damaged a couple of years back. And if you have video of me going into your store today then you must have the video of when I initially replaced my screen. Requesting an estimate on replacing the back screen. But maybe you should be honest one. Because you know that my phone did not have damage for it to warrant my screen to even separate.

Stopped in to purchase an advertised item on Offerup and was rather impressed not only with the shop but with the (I assume) owner as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, and from the limited interaction I had, he seemed really professional. The shop sports a living room type waiting area which I think was a rather nice touch. Plenty of parking, decent area, easy to locate. I dont know about his hands on experience but from what I gather I think I can trust him to do a good and competent job. Ill no doubt give him more business in the future.

RASelectronics Repaired my iPhone 13 …. I took it to Apple and they wanted at least $300 and told me I had to wait a month because I forgot my passcode and after a month never heard from them … so I took it to RASelectronics and Boom CESAR AND EDWARD Fixed it $100 and got all my photos and apps back and like new..Thank you soooo much… I will tell Everyone….,,,!!!!!!!Patty Hernandez

They repaired the screen and replaced battery on my daughters Samsung Galaxy Note 10. The phone is still running perfectly and now looks like new. Cesar and Chris were knowledgeable and professional on the phone and in person.We would use them again for repairs and recommend them for your phone repair needs.Inez and Angelina

Disappointed with my service.Cracked the front and back of my iPhone, and brought it in to get it replaced. Both screen, sound, and camera were working fine before bringing it in.I paid over two hundred dollars for replacement, and when I picked up my phone and took it home the touch screen wouldnt work and the phone would reboot after every 3 minutes, even when I would just let it sit on a flat surface without touching it.Brought it in first thing in the morning the next day, and was told that when they change screens there is a possibility that other pieces that were held together could become damaged during the replacement.In order to get my phone functioning again, they placed a different colored frame and back screen on my phone (blue) than what it originally was (grey). If I wanted to get another grey colored piece like the original color I had, it would have to be an additional $150.Decided I just wanted my phone back and agreed with the placement of the blue frame. After bringing it home again, at night time when I wanted to use my flashlight it wasnt working, and then I realized that my back camera wasnt working as well. Had to come back the next day again for them to fix my camera and flashlight.My personal preference in this situation would have been for them to have warned me beforehand that there was a risk of additional broken parts that could become an issue when dismantling a phone. That way as a customer you a prepared to financially pay more if needed, and can make the decision to that risk. Not to be told after my phone had already been dismantled and not functioning properly.Paying over two hundred dollars to leave with a phone that looks completely different than what I brought in is completely disappointing. Not to mention having to drive back and forth multiple times on 3 separate days in order to get my phone functioning normal.The only good reason I would credit the 1 star, is simply for how well mannered and respectful the employees spoke to me.

Had a computer that was freezing. At first the owner thought it was overheating, so we replaced my liquid cooler pump but then my cpu was the issue. Apparently my cpu was overheating and causing it to freeze but when the owner tried one hes froze too so (are both of them damage or none). After that another issue popped up and it was the WiFi card so they took it out. Then I wake up today with a text message saying my power supply is now the issue. So it turns out 4 things were the issue after a week and a half. Under warranty still wanted to charge 170 in labor even. Waste time and money with no solution but a bunch of ifs. Also received damages that wasnt there with photos to prove it.DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Took in my sons Nintendo Switch and discovered that RASelectronics is hands down the best electronics repair shop I’ve ever been to! Very professional and upfront from the first call! They kept me updated throughout the day and made sure I understood the repairs before doing the work and charging me later! Very kind, professional, and respectful. I will definitely take all of our electronics to RAS for future repairs! Thanks guys!

I really like this place. Doesnt feel like Im being scammed with them or over charged. When you go they right away look up your phone and see if they have the part in house or they have to order it and how much the part is. Been there like 6 or 7 times for phones cause my son keeps breaking them. And they give you the option to get the name brand part or not cause name brand parts are more. At least thats what they did with me for one phone and I didnt get name brand so I saved money. So theyre very helpful and friendly.
