Highly recommend CPI Solutions! They are professional and provide excellent customer service. Since switching to CPI Solutions, I have noticed a huge difference in the speed and ease of my companys computer system. If there are ever any IT issues that can not be resolved over the phone, CPI sends out an IT consultant that day to fix the issue. They have a direct phone line to contact with any questions. It is nice to finally deal with a locally sourced IT firm that provides prompt customer service. This is very rare to find as most IT companies outsource overseas.

Dr Dougherty came highly recommended and we were excited to be seen. I am sure he does great work. My issue was that his business practice just doesn’t work for me and how I wish to be treated by a physician who is possibly going to cut my eye.Office was nice. Front office staff was warm and friendly. Once I went to the back it felt chaotic, in a small exam room with other patients and techs, switching chairs with other patients for the different machines. Then we were moved to an exam room for the tech to enter all the paper chart info into the computer. She was nice and professional. Strange that she just listened to my needs, put on 3, 2 minute videos on the iPad for us to watch while she bounced in and out after each video. Then we were moved to another room that felt as big as a closet and waited for the Dr. He came in, quick into....spoke quickly and made both my husband and I feel rushed, as if he just needed to hustle to the next person. A gal came in the “closet” in the middle of our talk...never introduced....we didn’t know what she was there for, until at the end the Dr. said “she can talk to you about options.” The. We we take. To ANOTHER room with her and she said to get a further consultation it would cost $200. At this point we were done. Felt like cattle.
