The joke is that the car never makes the noise when you bring it to the mechanic. In this case, the mechanic was passing by; I demonstrated the noise; he knew what to do, submitted the ticket, and fulfilled it. Thanks!

Weve been working with CPI for the past 6 years and I would highly recommend them! Everyone there is professional and extremely knowledgeable. We have some unusual security requirements and the employees go the extra mile to ensure we stay compliant. We started with a total revamp of every piece of technology from the phone system to every PC and server. CPI is able to handle it all. They stay on top of what we need and discuss strategy and budget regularly so there arent any surprises.

We have been using CPI Solutions for almost 3 years now and have been extremely happy with their service. We chose to go with an outside IT company rather than replacing our previous internal IT person and it has worked out very well for us. CPI came in and did a full infrastructure upgrade for us (that included new virtual servers, network upgrade, re-wiring all of our cables, etc.) and we were very happy with the results.CPI is proactive and we always feel like they are one step ahead of us. Their support team is extremely helpful and responsive and we’ve always felt they treated our company like it was their own. We would HIGHLY recommend CPI!

James Martin is always knowledgeable and today, my only comment is that I wish I had called in sooner. James solved my problem easily and quickly. I appreciate his quick response (called me within 10 minutes of the ticket being created) as well as his expertise on a Mac. Honestly, he helped more than the people at Mac did over the phone (still waiting for their call back). Please send him my appreciation for fixing my machine! Finally back to business as usual, without the technological handicap.

Highly recommend CPI Solutions! They are professional and provide excellent customer service. Since switching to CPI Solutions, I have noticed a huge difference in the speed and ease of my companys computer system. If there are ever any IT issues that can not be resolved over the phone, CPI sends out an IT consultant that day to fix the issue. They have a direct phone line to contact with any questions. It is nice to finally deal with a locally sourced IT firm that provides prompt customer service. This is very rare to find as most IT companies outsource overseas.

Our organization has trusted CPI Solutions with its technology support needs since 2016. Our facility is in a somewhat remote location, which presented some technological challenges. CPI worked with our staff to set up a wired network which supports computer users, telephones and a security system and a wireless network that covers our 125 acre property and enables Wi-Fi access where there is no cellular support. They also provide proactive maintenance and back-ups and even manage many of our subscription-based services. CPI provides fantastic customer support via telephone or email with great turn-around times and sends technicians to our site whenever telephone support isn’t sufficient.
