I gave the Santa Maria Xfinity Store 2 stars because they seem friendly, but i just went in to purchase a smart watch after going back and forth deciding if i should get it or not. when i first went in i spoke to Jorge he said that the one i wanted wasnt in stock but he could order it and have it shipped to my house, then i went in again but they were busy so i texted him and he told me again he could order it for me. I went in today and talked to someone else, the girl told me she couldnt order it. I asked why and she said because its an accessory and cant be ordered. I told her what Jorge said and she told me she wasnt sure what he meant by that. Im confused, i dont think the right hand knows what the left hand is doing, this is not the first time Xfinity employees cant or wont or not trained enough to provide the level of custumer service they claim they have. I wouldnt be surprised if they start loosing clientele in the mobile department.

Honestly the best customer service Ive ever had through any distributor. Brian, (the GM), has helped my wife and I step by step along the way as weve grown our business. When we first contacted him, he gave us all the options we had plus gave suggestions to start with based on our region, those suggestions were a hit! As we have continued growing our business, hes helped us bring on new products, helped us figure out better pricing options, and better shipping options. He is always quick to respond and always friendly. Weve never met Brian, and in fact, we are on complete opposite sides of the country, but, Brian has been so friendly and helpful it feels like doing business with a good friend instead of just another business transaction.
