A friend: I went to volt and a guy interviewed me. When I was finished with the interview He said 100% that you qualify as soon as I mentioned a prior record that had nothing to do with the job I was applying for he said now its 30% I honestly dont think they will hire you. He said he would call me for the results. Never got a call for atleastba No. I felt prejudgment was done because my work history shows my change of course and dedication. I talked to a professional in that area and she was suprised on the comments. Nevertheless I got a much better hi responsibility Career that I probably wouldnt of got if the talent person at volt would of done the right thing. No hard feelings, yet the lesson to learn i dont prejudge a situation when you got the work history that outweighs the past.
