Day 3.... still no housekeeping even though we requested daily service. This is the worse Marriott we have stayed at. I was told our room will be cleaned at 12 noon tomorrow.... more to come.Day 2 of a 6 night stay.We are Marriott Elite members. We did not receive bottled water at Check in.When our room was not cleaned, I was told the hotel was busy and all they could do was provide towels.The air conditioner turns off after a few minutes so the room is always hot.We wanted to use the fire table at night and was told a guest took the remote control. Why would you give the remote to a guest? Why could staff not use the manual key to turn on the table?The pool deck is filthy. If you walk barefoot, the bottom of your feet are black.The hot tub jets do not work.There was a shooter incident at the mall near the hotel. A police helicopter circled for over 45 minutes directing the shooter to put down the weapon.

Their customer service is AWFUL. Don’t waste your time and or money. Definitely other places around the desert with way better customer service. I’m not lucky to buy a battery, your lucky to still be in business with the doors locked in the middle of the business day and a trash attitude.
