Picked up a tire I had ordered with free shipping to this location. Took about ten minutes as there were other customers before me. Fast easy transaction.

I went in here because I needed something scanned and email to my sons soccer coach. Harmony was so patient and help me with every step. I loved this because I had gone to Staples and they pointed at a machine and told me to do it myself. Harmony was kind enough to take her time to show me how to do it properly. I’m so thankful for employees like her that care for their customers. Thank you FedEx for hiring such a wonder employees.

The worse customer service. I was standing in the line and when it was my turn the start to assist me and he helped me 5 min and after left for the lunch and after I have to wait another 10 min to be assisted. He didn’t tell me that he needs to leave in 3 min after he started to assist me or invite someone else to finish the work with me.

I’ve had 3 deliveries in a span of 3-4 weeks. Only one of those got through. The others got “delayed” and or “can’t find address’ those were numbers 1&3 in order of delivery. #2 got through which was a higher price item that I knew the company sending was watching closely. He made it than and was very nervous when I greeted him. The other 2 were small packages that didn’t get through. One from the same company. ALL had correct addresses on package label. Yes, I live in a retirement community, mobile homes with a directory in front upon entrance. He’s been here before? IDK? I guess he doesn’t like to deliver here? IDK Had to reroute to Fed Ex p/u station. My problem now? Always is with Fed Ex. Find any other carrier but them. Try to convince people you do business with to use someone else because your not satisfied. Fed Ex has Lazy delivery drivers and who knows where your package will land? Bad News.

Mr. Cesar Zamora is one of the best employees I had the pleasure of dealing with for a long time. He went above and beyond to help me. I was extremely impressed by how kind, patient and helpful he was. He sure is a great asset and I hope he’ll be recognized for his excellent customer service and support. He sure is exemplary.

Morgan was beyond helpful and went out of her way to make sure my prints were successful. Always helpful and kind. On the way out another costomer recognized her and gave her a hug which speaks to what an amazing person she is.

Sent a package was told by the clerk that it was going to arrive the next day at 9 if I pay for the $135 option instead of the two day option for much cheaper . Next day 9pm comes and it still has not arrived checked tracking and it said it was going to be there next day by 9 that came and went . So I called and I was given a 1800 number to call by another store clerk and after 2 hrs of calling and getting people that can barely speak English that put me on hold to transfer me to 4 different departments with 4 different answers on what happened and 4 different answers to get my package back Because I can’t wait for it to be finally delivered because the person receiving the package was leaving by the time it would get there . Make sure you check your receipt before leaving, not taking the clerks word on it, better yet use UPS.

Lilly was so kind and helpful. I felt overwhelmed coming in and was afraid that the shipment cost would be overwhelming. She helped me figure out a way to send all the equipment I had in a costly manner. I can’t tell you how much her kindness meant. Thank you Lilly. You really helped me today more than you know. Over priced me in package I sent before. Im not sure whose making up this price flux. But 250 to ship s small package by Monday. And they may not get the package. They got a racket. Same kid that registered me last time is the same kid trying to rob my kids of the summer packages. Wow they suck bad. I think he forgot he charged me 150 two weeks ago. He was much friendlier then. Dont go their they never have a set price.

I waited for 20 minutes in line just to get 2 discs burned. Rebecca K took my order and said Id have to come back for them the next day. I was surprised... Then she proceeded to rudely tell me that she was going to help the person BEHIND me, who did NOT wait 20 minutes. She was going to help that person for 20 minutes to complete something theyd started earlier in the day. Then after, she would START my discs...but did not know how long it would be. I asked her if she could please start my discs BEFORE she started helping the person behind me so they could burn while she was helping the lady behind me. She wouldnt. I would have let it go, but Im tired of rude people. So I explained that I was in FRONT of the other girl and my order had Nothing to do with what she started earlier.I told her Id get the other employee to help me and she kept insisting that he was supposed to leave. He ended up helping at least 6 other people while I waited for this idiot. And he helped EACH ONE individually... one by one. He didnt start one person and then bounce to other people being ineffective and rude.Then to purposely piss me off, she answered the phone and started walking another kinkos employee through a bunch of problems.i could see my disc was done burning and she just kept chatting away. Finally I couldnt take it anymore and said Hello my disc is done. That is one she said she was helping a fellow employee. Case in point. Hello?I stepped outside for 60 seconds and this lady again had the audacity to grab yet ANOTHER PERSON from behind me and start helping HER!!! That lady had seen what was going on, and when I came back to the counter, she backed away and said, Oh go ahead hun, sorry. She felt bad that Rebecca was trying to recruit people to go in front of me.Finally a man came in and was at the far end of counter...near the other employee. Rebecca literally yells out to this man, Ill be with you in a moment, Sorry, I cant leave this area.This idiot was trying to help everyone at once...as long as they were behind me... But for some reason, could not help me.I was in there for a freaking HOUR...from 7:45 to 8:45 ---for a 10 minute job.I am so disgusted. Even when I tried to calmly ànd patiently explain the logics of how it is done, she remained stubborn and rude.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Let me start by saying that I have never written an online review before, but I was so blown away by the customer service at this Print & Ship center, I felt it was the only way to properly thank all the employees for their assistance with my order.That being said... if youre looking for exceptional customer service at a FedEX Print Center in the Southern California area, I highly recommend you go see Cody at this Palm Desert location. Thank you, Cody for not only fixing errors that a Santa Barbara and an LA FedEx couldnt get right, but texting me updates, running quality control checks and answering my annoying phone calls all day long. Employee of the year! Seriously! You saved the day!

Ridiculous FedEx Corporate that this store cannot accept payment over the phone. Tried to bring in some belongings for the son of the friend who just died and they cant take his credit card over the phone. Really? A big company like FedEx cant figure out how to safely take a credit card over the phone?

Great store! Even when they are busy, which seems to be all the time, the service reps are extremely helpful, and treat each and every customer as if they were the reason that FedEx was in business in the first place! Highly recommend!

Will not open simple .ODT files from openoffice. charged way to much for some simple flyers when my dog went missing. They are suppressing free office programs by not allow the format in to be printed. This is a common format that millions of people use. The .dox conversion i did didnt look right either. I am not impressed with price and lack of supported file formats like openoffice(ODT and many others).

Horrible experience just left the place after trying to get some business cards had my twin toddlers with me and was told that my kids are very distracting just because their kids and they are loud maybe you should put a sign that says no kids allowed, all I was trying to do was get business cards made.
