I called this location after being totally unable to design and price what I needed. I thought it would be helpful to talk to someone.Spoke to a manager ... he told me that he was busy and that it would be easier for him if I submit a request online. I said Id rather talk to someone on the phone. He repeated that he and EVERYONE in the store was busy and that it would be easier to do it online. It isnt easier for me and I thought I was the customer!? I asked if I can talk to someone at another location and he said no, each store is different. I asked when I could speak to a human being, he said he was a human being but has no time. He finally said I could try calling back in 10 minutes.In the meantime I will call Staples ... better copy & print customer service.
