For almost a year I have used the email box for business at this location. Honestly the attention is terrible. They are always very young people without experience and each process is eternal. Today it took me 40 minutes to pay the rent for the business mail box and they wanted to charge a fee for coming a couple of days later. I got a call this week from This UPS store. The person told me that I could come to pay within the next ten days. Today the person who attended me wanted to charge me. The manager was rude in insinuating that I was saying, was lying and he was not nice either. Terrible service!

My refrigerator is working fine, but the ice maker switch was broken. Ive used Apco often enough for various repairs that I know the woman who answers the phone. Actually, this is a mother-son (plus others) business. Dave always tries to isolate the actual component that isnt working - the switch - where Sears or the other big repair services would want to replace the entire icemaker. Hes nice and easy-going, while being professional. Im not a person who makes many recommendations, but Ive told a number of friends about Apco. And now Im telling you. You wont regret using this company for your repairs.
