Horrendous Experience!!!....Appalling treatment from a place that pretends to be upscale and houses deceitful typical sleazy sales tactics. One would only expect this treatment from a craigslist seller. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Friday night I test drove a vehicle I saw online. I headed straight over but as it was dark and almost closing time the salesman suggested I come the next morning and view the car in daylight.I arrived promptly the next morning before opening at 08:55 AM prepared to buy this car. I offered to start paperwork on the vehicle when instead the salesman Gabe Vargas suggested I trade in my very clean 2016 Mercedes. He was so nice he offered to help maximize my trade in vehicle and after consulting with his General Manager Tim Sandquist directed me to gain an appraisal from Carmax for the deal to proceed. I obliged as I really wanted the vehicle and promptly took my vehicle to Carmax for appraisal. While at Carmax I received a text from the salesman Gabe instructing me to instead sell my vehicle as his general manager Tim Sandquist felt that would be better for the transaction to proceed. After selling my vehicle only 1.5 hours later I received text just as I Ubered back into the driveway of this dealership that they just sold the car I was in the middle of buying???? I could not believe it. Just before leaving the dealership to sell my car I offered to leave them a deposit and start the paperwork for the car but both the General Manger Tim Sandquist and salesman Gabe Vargas suggested that I instead sell my car and come back with the equity check. Only 1.5 hours later after trying to do what they suggested they sold the car I was in the middle of trying to buy. Really?When I complained to the Manager he said he did not realize I had come in the night before and then again next morning before they opened to buy this car. He said he felt sick to his stomach about what just happened to me and agreed it was not the service a high end dealership wanted for their customers. He asked me to let him sleep on it as he wanted to see what he could do for me now that I was without transportation and promised to call me the next morning. Well folks do you think I got a call back or that he really cared I am now without transportation? Please do not waste your precious life and time dealing with this very unprofessional dealership. Please do not let what happened to me happen to you. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience. I am very sad about this and will never trust this dealership. I dont care if they have the deal of the century they will never have my business again.
