I lost a key fob to a new vehicle that I purchased at Crevier Bmw about a month ago. The parts department quoted me 511.00 for the key fob and the service department quoted another 250.00 for a total of $761.00. I asked them if that was the best they could do and both departments said yes, even though I purchased this 2024 X4 M40 just weeks prior. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing lol. Not even a little bit of a break on the price! Unbelievable!My next call was to STERLING BMW which was the next closest dealership. I spoke to Gerry P in the parts department and what a difference in attitude and price! Gerry quoted a price of $390.00 😀 and explained there’s no need for the service department to get involved because it comes programmed, it only needs to be paired to your vehicle.Key fob comes in, Adan in concierge pairs up the fob to the vehicle in 5 minutes. Thank you 🙏 Gerry P and Adan for the great customer service! You guys were awesome!If I need any service done Sterling Bmw will definitely be the one. I live in Tustin, 4 miles from Crevier smh lol.

We just purchased a used 528i from Sterling. The car was low miles, in excellent condition and well maintained. Great service from Sterling - ask for Mike Walters in the Sales Dept. He listened when I explained what I was looking for and sent me text when the right car hit the lot. This is the third BMW we have bought there, and I hope this one (fingers crossed) runs as great as our last ones (2007 and 2016)!

I had an unfortunate experience dealing with Aron at the dealership. The interactions led me to question the transparency and honesty of the service provided. If these practices are endorsed by management, its even more concerning. Overall, my experience did not meet the expectations I had, leading me to seek services from another BMW dealership further away, despite this one being conveniently located just a mile from my home. I had hoped for a better partnership with my local dealership.

After searching all over Arizona for an X7 M50i with the bench seat we came across this beauty at Sterling BMW! Not only was it. 5k cheaper than any in arizona it hat less miles and more options. Evan our sales person was very courteous and knowledgeable. From picking us up at the airport to making sure my wife was comfortable with the technology he was top notch. Even the GM came down and spent a few minutes chatting. They may be 300 miles from home for me but my next BMW will be from Sterling

This is my go to dealership for everything maintenance or questions related, even if I need a quick tire pressure check theyll take care of me. Tony really helped me out my SOS button malfunction, covered by the warranty so took care of that, they had to shuttle me home (theyre contracted with uber). He also took care of my annual maintenance I have the bmw maintenance program but its only been 6 months since my last tune up. Ive definitely had poorer experiences at other dealerships, no issues here. Thanks guys!

Hands down the best BMW dealership in OC. I like BMW’s, but can’t say the same for most BMW dealerships—but Sterling is different. Straight-dealing salespeople and management, excellent service department. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been very happy with the whole lifetime of the car experience with them—great purchase experience, efficient service, great return for my next purchase. Always exceeding expectations.

Thank you Justin Dayyat and Preston Minor for taking great care of me and my family as always!There is no doubt in my mind that there could be an easier, more pleasant car buying experience than the one you could have with Sterling BMW.Custom ordered the last of the 2021 BMW i3s models at the end of July 2021, despite the manufacturer kicking it back. But Justin was able to work his business acumen and knowledge and get it done.Two months later, and a week earlier than expected for the delivery date, I get one of the last BMW i3s in the US market! They could have sold this thing at $5k over sticker if they wanted!!Thank you! I have been communicating with Volgar Nunez for a week about the x1. We agreed on a price and told him I would be there on Saturday. On my way down he sold the car. He had no empathy neither did his managers. DO NOT do business with this dealership! BE AWARE! They allure you into the dealership to sell the car you want. Originally made deal with salesperson A.Z. for purchase of a 2018 X1 Alpine White M-sport package with 2 keys, then later management reneged on original deal after a key was missing and wanted us to pay additional $500. Management later said that we tried to negotiate in a second key at the last minute, which is untrue. Me and my family currently service 5 + vehicles for the past 15 years at Sterling BMW, but will now bring elsewhere. Current Management straight out lied. Totally appalling!**Update to dealerships response: 01/17/2024 Breakdown of communication? Not on my end! I was in communication with sales for 6 days asking them to honor original deal, which management would not do. A.Z. was great to deal with and Aisha, I believe, worked really hard trying to make it happen, but management would not compromise. I would have cashiers check ready for total out the door price with 2 keys. They said deal will be with 1 key or extra $500 if I wanted a 2nd key, which is supposedly their cost - but why should I have to pay for 2nd key when originally told car came with 2 keys? During this period it was also discovered that the 60k scheduled maintenance had not been performed yet which would cost me several hundreds to get done. I really wanted the car and finally gave in saying I would take it with 1 key if only they would give me a 2-day contract cancellation option (for peace of mind) which would cost $250 so I could take car to 3rd party to get checked out, and they said no.

Brought in my 2020 Z4 to see what they would buy it for/offer on a trade. Was over 10% less than CarMax and another local dealer, so I sold it elsewhere. The car I wanted to buy wasnt ready yet, so I made an arrangement to come in once it was ready and then they sold it out from underneath me. Overall a big waste of time and a disappointment.

Four days ago I had a great experience with this dealership. Very surprised to read some of the negative reviews. Bently Chung took care of us. He was instrumental in our leasing the car the same day. We were just browsing because we planned on turning in a Jaguar June 1st. Too many years with them and we decided tome on to a better vehicle. We wanted an SUV and we knew what we didnt want and did not see anything that really caught our eye color wise.Did not want another black car..while pretty they need a lot of care. I advised Bently we would be back the end of May from Los Angeles and would stop by. He was totally cool and understood and we exchange mobile numbers and that was it. Then right when they were getting ready to close he called to say that the SUV I liked online had just arrived...3 miles on it.He said I had to see it ASAP..bottom line we went there fist thing in the morning. It was gorgeous. Needed testing and a couple of hours later we were out the door. Im talking quick and to the point. Im a bit nervous to park it since its fairly large but it is a great ride. Better than the Jaguar Sedan. So glad Bently approached us that day. Nicest man ever. He is the fleet manager so you are in good hands. I found everybody we dealt with to be quite nice. Oh and yes..I got a black car AGAIN..interior was too beautiful to pass up.

Round Two! We have now purchased two vehicles from Sterling BMW & love them both so much. I’d like to give a shout-out to all parties that have helped us starting with Bentley & Bill, both of these guys were amazing & helped us to locate and decide happily on which cars to come into our family. Adam is my top-notch favorite, he’s on top of everything and does it with an amazing and personal attitude which definitely made us feel like we were part of the little family sterling has & made us both laugh. Last but not least, Andrew. Andrew is amazing at what he does and we appreciate that he’s family oriented and understands the stress of buying a new car and the finances that go into it. Got a great deal on my M340. My old lease got a flat tire on my way to work and I called several BMW dealers to get a quote a new car. I wasn’t expecting to get a car for at least another month. Irvin gave me a call and and working with him and Adam, they were able to get me a great deal so I had to hop on the offer. They also sent me a car to have me picked up from my stranded location which I’m very thankful for. Irvin answered all my questions and continued to do so even after I took the car home. It’s hard to beat a new BMW. They are, in fact the ultimate driving machine. From the beginning of the process where we designed our own BMW X6 online, which is Alpine white with the coffee colored interior and black wheels. It’s stunning. Sterling BMW was instrumental in making sure we picked the right features and the add-ons that we were considering, that was really helpful. Also, the dealership facilities are super clean and well designed and the people are all very friendly and competent, from Aisha the salesperson, Alex from Finance and Victoria, our assigned “BMW Genius”. We ordered the car in May and they told us it would be late August or early September when it would be delivered, but it came it mid-JULY! What a treat! When we picked up the car, our “BMW Genius”, Victoria walked us through all of the features and functions of the car which was super helpful because there are a lot!Sterling is definitely the dealer you want to go to if you’re going to buy a BMW. The dealership is small enough where it feels like a small town dealer, yet you are surrounded by some of the finest automobiles in the world, yet it is was a really casual, quiet and easy experience, compared to other dealerships that can be noisy and are rushing you through the process. We are very happy with our BMW and Sterling.Highly recommended!

I will keep a long story short, I am a Connecticut resident that found a 2014 BMW 335xi Msport Manual on their website before any pictures were even posted on the car. I inquired about the car and Kai the sales consultant reach out immediately, he wasnt pushy at all, if anything I was sending more emails out with questions to him. Needless to say he answered every question I had and sent me pictures of the car before they were even posted online. The whole process took a few weeks to get my financing in order and to get shipping ready as well. Either way they could have easily sold the car from under me to someone more local but they didnt. About a month later the car come on a truck all the way from CA to where I work in CT and I couldnt be more happy with how the car looked and drove. Car was flawless in everyway from the interior to the exterior too. Special thanks to Kai my sales guy who was super nice upfront and honest with everything! Thank you Sterling BMW for my new 335!

Was not planning on buying a car--was just looking. Met John Paul at Sterling. Im a bit of a gear head, but John Paul was SO much more knowledgeable about the electric SUV I bought that afternoon. The experience was as good as buying a car can be, ZERO pressure. If you are looking for an electric or hybrid BMW, he was as good as it gets. Managers came over to say hello, again zero pressure. Bought a car online, got all the paperwork sent to me by fedex, and same day I got the paperwork, they called me to tell me they had sold the car to someone else by mistake. They just left the car advertised all weekend before even sending the paperwork to see if they could sell it locally and for more money even though I asked them to take it off the listing. Whoever bought this car, you got ripped off, and you took a sold car from a dishonest company. Shame on you to sell BMWs.

Just bought a CPO Portimao blue m340i from this dealership a few months ago and the customer service is amazing. Aaron was my salesman and the process was smooth. I would not advise purchasing a used vehicle from Sterling. It was my deal was simply a task to get out of the way.After having my vehicle for approximately 10 days a piece of trim started coming off on the front fender along with the decorative rocker molding on the same side. Needless to say, a vehicle said to be accident free, apparently had been in a minor accident and parts were incorrectly installed in order to trade it in/sell it.

I love this place! I have a 2018 BMW 540IX. I needed summer wheels and tires. Almost everywhere I could find the wheels and tires I wanted, they were $5,500-6000. Went to an event for the launch of the i5.Met a couple of my girls friends there. One drove from Palm dale, got a couple of hellos, shown the restroom, given the free food. But what we really wanted was to be shown the new i5. No one paid any attention to us. We saw who was getting the attention…. you’ve lost my business and I won’t refer you to any of my bimmer friends or family ever again. Customer service was 1/10. Meanwhile my other bimmer friends got to test ride the i5 at the Carlsbad and Corona BMW’s.

And this is coming from an individual who has purchased over 40 vehicles in my lifetime.Long story, short - Sterling BMW was able to fully complete my vehicle purchase within my lunch hour on a Friday! Especially in today’s car market, it’s been tough trying to find and settle down on a deal.The vehicle I purchased was a used 2019 X2 M35i. I also almost didn’t get it because there were a lot of interests in this particular vehicle. I’m very happy with the car, and hopefully when my wife’s lease is up next year (she has a 2020 Explorer ST), I might be able to sway her towards an X5 or X3 M40i.Hopefully there will be some good deals by then, and Sterling BMW will be the 1st place I’ll go to!

Gator in service saved the day! After moving to CA I found myself needing a new door jamb vin sticker for my 1 series. It had been removed during the installation of a 1M body and never replaced (not needed in prior state, just dash vin). This car has been a project for years with lots of sentimental value, I had exhausted my options and Gator immediately assured me he’d get it taken care of. He kept me in the loop during the entire process and had a new sticker in my hands in just days! Something I thought would take months if ever possible. I wish everyone would take notes from Gator and certainly hope Sterling BMW recognizes just how special their main man in parts really is!

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the services I received from Sterling BMW. I pre-ordered a BMW i4 M50 in January 2022, and I am disappointed and frustrated with the way my order was handled.I had agreed to specific terms and conditions for the purchase of the vehicle, which included the manufacturer suggested retail price, financing terms, early lease termination accommodation, and ceramic glass coating protection. However, in a discussion in February with Kevin, I was informed that they were not honoring our original agreement, specifically, the 90 days no payments term, which they had now reduced to only 45 days. Part 1 of 2We purchased our 2016 X5 from this sterling BMW Newport beach with the tire and rim protection plan. At this point our car have about 22,000 miles which we have it in about 1 and a half year. We got the warning for the tire low pressure on the same tire (rear of driver side) twice in one week (when we got first warning, we filled the air in) so we realized that there was something wrong with that tire. I called to make appointment to get the car in to check this tire and here is my BMW story:First BMW service guy came out looked at the tire, measured the tire tread which he said it was about 3.5/32 then he said my tires was worn out because it was less than 4/32 and whatever the tire protection plan I have wont cover. I said to him that the tire still looked good to me and I believed that if the cause of the flat tire was the nail (which we saw the nail) then it should cover. I told him this car is only about 22,000 miles and the tires didnt look worn out at all to me then he started to be rude and keep saying and insisting that the tire protection plan wont cover the worn out tire so I requested to talk to his manager.The second guy came out and ended up to be a jerk even worse than the first guy. He measured the tire tread and said it was about 3.5/32, it was worn out and the protection plan wont cover. Basically he was saying the same thing with the first guy with even in the ruder tone. I asked if this was stated in the contract? At this point I was looking for the contract in my car and thanks god I found it. I showed him the contract and asked him where it said that it wouldnt cover the worn out tire that the tire tread is less than 4/32, he looked at the contract and then found out that the contract stated that the plan will not cover the tire with the tread less than 2/32. At this point he came back and measured the tread at inside the tire and at the side and he said at the inside tread you have 0/32 tread so the tire protection would not cover. I told him you cant measure tread at the side of the tire even the new tire, there will be less to no tread there and he still insisted that he can measure from the side because it is still part of the tire. At this point I almost had nothing left to say and very disappointed in BMW overall. You paid a lot of money for the car and another 2-3 k for this tire and rim protection plan and this is how they treated you. I didnt try to take advantage of anyone here but I think I had the tire protection plan that should cover the nail on my flat tire and my tire was still in the good shape. I just ask him if I can talk to his manager or anyone above him and he just rudely walked away and shouted back yes you can. He went back inside the office, discussed this with a group of 3-4 guys then another guy came out.So we started again. The 3rd guy measured the tire tread and see that it was about 3.5/32 then he said in the inside it had less tread but he didnt say it was 0/32 tread like the 2nd guy. I put my hand on the tire and touch the tire tread and I even felt that the tire tread in the inside was much deeper than the outside. I also told him that how could he measure the tread from the side of tire (the 2nd guy did) and told me my tire had 0/32 tread? Even you bring me the new tire now and you measure it, I dont think there is much tread there on the side. So the 3rd guy said that he will take pictures then submit the BMW to check if they will cover then meanwhile they would give me a loaner and they would tell me later if they will cover this. At this point I am a BMW customer who was so exhausted already but I still think It should cover so I took all the pictures of my tire as much as I can and I mentioned to the 3rd guy that if the BMW wouldnt cover, I would like to know why and what he submitted to BMW for the claim.To be continued...

Just had an amazing service experience at Sterling BMW and a big part of that had to due with my service advisor, Kristie. We had recently moved from another state and my X7 was due for service soon but over the weekend my sound system stopped working. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning and Sterling was able to schedule me in right away since they had some cancellations. Offered me an Uber ride home (I didn’t take them up on it but appreciated the offer) and Kristie stayed in communication until my car was ready for pickup at the end of the day. They also did a great job cleaning my car which was a lovely bonus. At pick up I had some questions regarding why the sound system in my car went away and Kristie got me a service tech who took the time to explain to me. If I could give negative star I would but unfortunately I cant, here is my experience with Sterling bmw and I will CHALLENGE them if they can proof me wrong, Im a broker from LA area I deal with every dealer from different manufacturers and I have never seen crooked dealership like this one, this was my first time dealing with them and the sales person Kevin was very responsive and nice I asked him what my client needs and he got it done so I asked my client to submit his credit application so we can get him approved after agreeing to $1299 payment tax included on 17 BMW so he did submit it and the sales person came back telling me that he will not qualify for top tier so the payment will go up to $1354 tax included and my client understood that and agreed to new payment, next day my client sold his car to Carmax and took Uber from Palmdale to Newport Beach it took him almost 3 hours to get there in LA traffic after getting there the sales person greeted him and gone over the agreed numbers again then he took him to finance and thats when the crooked finance manager Alex Shekarchi started his dirty game sales person greeted him and gone over the agreed numbers again then he took him to finance and thats when the crooked finance manager Alex Shekarchi started his dirty game of manipulating my client into paying $30 more higher payment by showing him that the numbers that were agreed to were based on Orange County tax rate and that his tax rate is higher but that not TRUE because when we agreed to numbers they already had his credit application and all his info and they based the numbers according to his credit and zip code, my client was so tired and didnt want to bother me so he told him just finish it and let me go home I have another 3 hours of drive.When later in that day I asked my client if everything was good he told me the story so I called the sales person and he insured me that the original payment that we agreed to was on the contract and told me that he will check with his sales manager Adrian Contreras and get back to me so the next day he called and said that according to his manager that there is nothing we can do now and his crooked finance manger saw opportunity to screw a client so he went for it.This is the type of people that works at Sterling BMW plain CROOKS in one word they will take advantage of any client and for only $1000 more profit they have no problem losing future clients this is their mentality and this is how they get trained by their management and again I WILL CHALLENGE THEM if they can proof this not not what happened I have all the txt messages and phone conversations.STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

All was great until Alex S. in financing, while signing the documents is trying to sell me extra maintenance, and I am not interested in it. Literally the only thing the guy didn’t do was punching me in the face for saying “no” to the maintenance plan. He was so rude that it got to a point where I had to walk away from the deal. I leased cars from Irvine BMW, Crevier and BMW of Monrovia, NEVER been treated like this. Frankly it felt like I was in a Santa Ana used dealership buying a salvage car.I underhand and respect the fact that his doing his job and pushing additional products, however there is a point where you need to accept a “no” from the customer.It is crazy that this guy treats clients like this and gets to keep his job. Dropped off my X3 for a factory recall. I was treated like I was buying a new car. Super efficient check in. Alex was assigned to my Job and quickly entered my data handed me paperwork and a complimentary rental car. He filled out the rental car paperwork and I went next door to Enterprise Rent a Car handed them the paperwork and was on my way back home, all in less than 30min. Update:I finally received my contract!I received a call back from Mike and he was very helpful. He took down my address and mailed me a copy which I received in the mail. It may have taken a bit longer to receive this contract than I hoped but at the end the employees were helpful and nice! Glad to have worked with them and everything worked out in the end!Purchased a vehicle back in July from here, and while my experience at the dealership was great- the floor sales workers were awesome and the bmw techs were friendly- I have had 0 luck getting in contact with anyone who can help me. The person who actually handled the sale, Kevin, sold me a warranty which he apparently could not do and he needed to change the contract. Honestly, not a big deal, overall he handled it well and sent a tech to me so I could sign the new contract (I like almost an hour away). The issue arises after the correction as I was never sent my new purchase agreement! It is now October and I have called him multiple times, emailed, and called the dealership but no one has helped me resolve this issue. I think due to covid everyone is very busy, but it has been awhile. I will update if it gets resolved.

Poor customer service, a disinterested attitude, and disorganized. The only thing Sterling BMW has is a good location. The attitude of the staff, especially the service department is very poor. They could not care less about their customers. They dont really care if they make mistakes and dont communicate well. The only reason to go here is to save yourself a drive to a different dealer, and I suppose they rely upon that. Given the number of BMWs in the area, I hope BMWNA forces this dealers ownership to reform or to sell to a different owner. Avoid Sterling BMW if possible, especially their service department.

There is a standard expectation that I have of the service I will receive when I go to a BMW dealership. Unfortunately I was let down this time. Great experience with my purchase at Sterling BMW. Evan (Sales) and Andrew (Finance) were awesome to work with. I decided to visit the dealership on short notice, got in touch with Evan, and he had everything ready for the vehicle I was interested in upon arrival. Evan was very knowledgable and professional. I had a CarMax estimate for my previous vehicle and Sterling BMW partners with CarMax so they were able to honor the price and I could drive home in my new vehicle that same day. So I came here after a dreadful 5 hour appointment at a different BMW dealership that was doing their absolute best to rip me off and send me on my way with a car that I was NOT completely satisfied with. I left that dealership and came straight to Sterling BMW walked up to the salesman, Alex Lopez and told him exactly what I was looking for and exactly how much I wanted to pay and how much I expected for my trade-in. Within ten minutes, no hassle, no negotiations Alex came back with exactly what I had asked for and we signed papers. Hands down the greatest car buying experience I have ever experienced!! A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MIKE WALTERS!! If you are looking for excellent service, go see Mike at Sterling BMW. I was looking for a pre-owned X3 with low mileage. Mike placed me in the perfect car. It looked brand new, in tip-top shape, at a fair price. Mike was knowledgeable about the BMW brand. He paid attention to detail and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. As four years earlier, he was most helpful not only in securing the car I wanted, but in helping with all the paperwork of a trade-in and financing of the new car. One star because they are unprofessional. And they will lie to you. I had put a review which was also a one star years ago because of the way they treated me. They forced me to take it down because the company I worked for had a contract with them. So I’m putting it back up. People need to know how these people steal. They lie. Not all of them but the dealer is built around lying and ripping customers off. I mean even the employees are unhappy with this place so imagine that.

Kristie was extremely helpful in getting my car into service for an unexpected warning light. She was able to provide me with a loaner car, which made the process so much easier. The investigation and needed repairs took several days. Kristie kept me informed at each step. I was happy that much of the work was covered under warranty. After getting the service late for my brakes thank you and having a planned trip I was on a bit of a time cramp. I called around all BMW dealerships around me to see who had availability to fix my time frame. Sterling BMW told me if I opted out of the car rental they should have it done in 3 to 4 hours. The car was dropped off at noon on Tuesday yet I did not get a call that day. I called him the next morning since service was already closed by 5 PM and they told me that they haven’t even touched the car. I would expect such outcome out of a small independently owned mechanic shop but not Sterling BMW. I would suggest Crevier BMW over Sterling any time. At least they were quite honest about their schedule and not being able to get it done in time. Horrible experience!

I do have a good experience with Sterling BMW @ Newport Beact in the November of this year with my first ever BMW X2 leasing car at this dealership with the help of John Paul Moreno the saleman. He is nice and very knowledgeable about the car and took time with me for all my questions related to BMW! Even though the dealership is under renovation but when I was there, the transaction was so smooth and I didn’t feel any pressure at all as experienced with some other car dealers in the past! The leasing process with the trade-in my Lexus was less than a couple hours with the pleasant staffs in Financial Department and the Service Department to have my clean and nice BMW X2 delivered to me on the same night, I was there after long day working. His patience and understanding made my experience seamless. For example, I live 1-2 hours away from the agency; and my transaction ended after dark. He arranged to take me home, and the next day he sent the Genie to my home to go over the options on my car; for which I am truly grateful. Purchased an 2020 X6M50i and when I was ready to leave with the vehicle they told me they are missing the second set of keys and the owners manual. They told me they would have to request the two items from Germany. A week later I received the second set of keys, however it did not open my new vehicle. I still have not received the owners manual. I would not recommend Sterling BMW if you want Premium service that BMW is known for. However the service department was outstanding.

They made the car buying experience something to write home for, that is for certain! I don’t normally write reviews, but Sterling BMW deserves to be recognized. They made this a seamless transition for me. I came from Arizona to buy a vehicle from them, and I would do it again rather than deal with any local dealerships. Their communication and organization was top notch. Not to mention, I was conveniently picked up at the airport nearby, and transported by an employee. First class move! When we arrived, they had the vehicle gassed up and ready for a much recommended and required, drive up the pacific coast highway! They even warned me about a motorcycle cop down the road and told me exactly where he would be sitting, like Tony Romo calling plays before they even happen on a football Sunday! It was magical! Then the paperwork was all ready to go when we returned. The staff offered some coffee or other refreshments before the signing commenced, and a coffee sounded perfect. They had a Starbucks coffee dispenser, grade A choice... this was first class! To top it off, they had hazelnut creamer, which is my favorite and I don’t know how they knew that, but at this point I expected nothing less! Paperwork was a breeze! Then before we departed, they provided us with two gift bags containing teddy bears wearing BMW cardigans for our kids! I can’t give enough stars to this fine establishment and would highly recommend... and as Ron Swanson would say “my recommendation is essentially a guarantee”. 8/5 stars and 127/10 would recommend. To top it all off, even their food recommendation afterwards was spot on as well... they could do no wrong this day! We bought a car from them, but they kept showing it and offering it to other costumers while the paperwork was on the way to us. They ended up selling it to somebody else even though they had already committed to us and even sent the paperwork to us. Everything was approved. We have all the documents at home. We gave up on our lease and were so excited about this car, only to receive a phone call saying that they were sorry (not sorry) but they sold the car to somebody else that had already taken it home with him and thank you for understanding. Now we have no car, just a horrible feeling of disappointment. What they did was unacceptable, unscrupulous, unethical and unprofessional and they should have solved it another way. They are not to be trusted.
