Exceptional customer service experience! I was a walk-in with no appointment inquiring on my sons behalf about the Aston Martin. Tim Shelton was courteous, kind, welcoming and most notably, knowledgeable about the inventory specifics of this dealership. He really knew how to highlight the reasons why Aston Martin is a remarkable performance vehicle! We were dazzled by the new Vantage V12! Thank you!

Looking for exotic cars should be fun. I visited 5 new dealers and 2 used dealers in and around Newport over a 4-week period. I visited Aston Martin of Newport Beach just prior to & just after Christmas. I’ve been waiting to get back into the office to post my very positive experience.My Aston Martin consultant Joey was a breath of fresh air in so many ways… No silly attempt of sales pressure, not overly glossy with fake personas, no odd or offhand comments designed to elicit a response. In fact, Joey made me feel as though I was speaking with a responsible, intelligent, and thoughtful adviser who had my best interest in mind. The cars they offer are exquisite and the people they have representing the company are of the highest caliber. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an enjoyable, comfortable and exhilarating exotic car shopping experience. I would also highly recommend Joey as your advisor... He is top notch.

I just completed the purchase of my 2nd Aston Martin at Newport Beach AM. My sales person, Mathew Parsons really is a brand expert. He is extremely knowledgeable both in terms of building out a new car and at delivery, demonstrating all of the features and set up. He worked closely with Jeff West, the manager to ensure I got a very fair deal and value for my trade.

The purpose of this review is to give the highest possible rating to Tim Shelton and the rest of the team at Aston Martin Newport Beach. Details follow; apologies in advance for the length of the review.Earlier this year I determined that the next car on my bucket list would be a V12 Aston Martin – with a bit of research I landed on either a V12 Virage or a later model DB9. My search took almost 5 months and spanned coast to coast; I contacted 14 dealers (6 of whom were Aston Martin stores) and 2 private sellers. I also invested quite a bit of money in commissioning PPIs on no fewer than 5 different cars.The 2015 DB9 at AM Newport Beach was one of the first to get on my radar screen, but there were other cars that seemingly were better buys – either with lower miles, or with lower asking prices, or both. But time and again I kept coming back to the car at AMNB as my first ranked choice. There is a saying with collector cars that “you buy the seller more than the car” and so it was with Tim – throughout the process he was courteous, responsive, and transparent, but never “pushy”. As an illustration, each of the PPIs turfed up one or more issues with each car – most of these were dismissed or minimized by the sellers, but Tim quickly acknowledged the issue with his car and had his service department fix it.In the end I purchased the AMNB DB9 and just this week it was delivered (efficiently and flawlessly by a carrier selected by the dealer) to our home in Texas. My hats off to Tim Shelton and Aston Martin Newport Beach. When I’m in the market for another Aston Martin in the future, they will definitely be the dealership I turn to, as well as recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

I made my first Aston Martin purchase from almost 1,000 miles away from Aston Martin Newport Beach, and I couldnt have had a better experience!Matthew Parsons, Brand Manager, was wonderful to work with, ensuring I was well informed and educated on my 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish before I arrived for pick up. The car itself was better than described, and was immaculate. I was made to feel welcome and part of the family, even though I live in Washington State.Even though their showroom facility is currently under construction, the facility was still clean and welcoming, as was Jeff West, General Manager, and Tim Shelton, Brand Specialist. What was expected to be about an hour turnaround time turned into about 3 hours of us all just sharing factoids and stories about Aston Martin and several upcoming events. Making my purchase at Aston Martin Newport Beach was as pleasant as it gets!I would not hesitate reaching out to these folks to discuss any questions you may have about purchasing your first (or next) Aston Martin. Outstanding service and support. I visited Newport Beach several times before buying my first Aston Martin Vantage from them. They were always very helpful, professional and courteous. Their inventory amazing, there were two Zagatos on the floor when I visited, and every colour of Vantage lined up outside. I 100% recommend that you visit Newport Beach for your Aston Martin. Tim Shelton was our Brand Specialist and we experienced the ultimate white-glove Aston Martin service, he has been very responsive and did everything possible to ensure my car was perfect when I took delivery in Canada.

Aston Martin Newport Beach Is unlike any other car buying experience. The whole process is refreshing. You cant even call this a dealership because it is so anti-dealership. No finance office. No pressuring salesmen. Definitely a nice surprise, considering I had just bought a vehicle at Fletcher Jones Mercedes, which I also consider a cut above, but is very dealership-esque. Nevertheless I left in a new DBX after a careful hand detail and wash. Just like their cars, where every detail is carefully executed, the car buying process has been revised to an enjoyable one, and I hope more people get to enjoy this experience. Im certain they are all great, but Tim helped me out, and it was easy dealing everything through him.UPDATE: I liked it so much at Aston Martin Newport Beach that I put in a custom order for something special to come in a few months. Tim Shelton and Jeff West continue to be a great representation of the brand.UPDATE 2: Ok, so the last delivery I got on my custom DBS went so well, that when they offered me a chance to be one of the few to own a V12 Vantage Roadster, I couldnt pass it up. Yes my friends make fun of me for financially supporting Aston Martin. But the acquisition process and auto repair service they provide is excellent.

Matthew Parsons, the sales manager made my purchase really easy and fun.There were two other members on the sales team who were also very pleasant and helped with my acquisition.Their location is a destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean with nice high end restaurants, inside an upscale shopping center.Certified cars on the lot were in pristine condition with many selections.Nicely decorated showroom with welcoming ambience.This is my second time doing business with Aston Martin Newport Beach and I highly recommend it.

As a long time BMW M3/M4 owner (7 of them), I decided to make a change. I researched other automobiles and decided to purchase an Aston Martin. My friend had several Aston Martins over the years, and he is very happy with the brand.The dealership has new management team, which is undoubtedly a huge improvement (older Yelp reviews indicate a much less hospitable environment). Now the team is run by general manager, Jeff West, and they are customer service oriented. When you walk into the dealership you are greeted by friendly faces and treated as a VIP.The 2019 Vantage best suited my needs, so I asked to take it for a spin. Tim Shelton took me for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgable about all the Aston Martin models, and showed me the cool features. Tim was helpful and never pushy. We tested a few Vantage 2019s and also some DB11s.I liked the Vantage because it was more nimble (in my opinion); however the DB11 may be more suitable as a touring vehicle. The leather interior of the Vantage is unusually high quality, and smells amazing. Once seated in the comfortable seats you really wont want to get out of the car. I was surprised at the more roomy trunk space in the Vantage as compared to the other Aston Martin models. Next, I started the engine and enjoyed the roar of the Vantages twin Turbo V8. We drove the Vantage around Newport Beach and I fell in love with the car. It handles extremely well, and sounds amazing. My must have recommendations for the Vantage 2019 are the following:1. Quad exhaust (sounds amazing!)2. Premium Sound (must have)3. Comfort Collection4. Tech CollectionAfter contemplating my vehicle options (which included another M4, Tesla and others), I realized that I really wanted an Aston Martin. I dropped by on my lunch hour and spoke with Jeff West (the new General Manager). He was extremely personable and honest. Without any haggling, Jeff gave me an awesome deal and I told him to get the paperwork together. I returned after work and the deal was complete in less than 15 minutes.Its important to note that Aston Martin is offering ridiculous low interest rates when you lease a Vantage, thus the monthly payment on the car is a lot less than expected for a car in that price range.If you are considering a new luxury sports car, you should seriously consider visiting Aston Martin of Newport Beach.

Awesome dealership. I purchased an Aston Martin Rapide AMR all the way from NY without ever visiting them in person and I had a wonderful experience. I dealt briefly with Matt but Tim was the main person I was dealing with. Everyone is great but Tim is the absolute best. Very helpful and understanding and answered all my questions especially knowing that it was my first time purchasing out of state. I highly recommend this dealership. The car shipped to me in a perfect condition. I highly recommend you to give this dealership a try and deff ask for Tim.

Another great service experience on my DB11 from the team at NB A-M. Fast, courteous and always done right whether routine maintenance or a tire repair. I drove the new Vantage as a loaner, which was terrific. Im a car/motorsports enthusiast and Aston Martin really delivers on performance and style. Kudos, also, to the great sales team and the cool cars theyve put into inventory at the dealership.

I came into the dealer on previous occasions shopping for a new Aston as I wanted to give the brand a second chance. I previously purchased a Rapide from another dealer and it was lemon lawed at 1,100 miles and that left a bad taste in my mouth. Although my friend had a terrible experience, overall mine had been decent.Well that oddly changed. I received an email 7/1 at 3:23 p.m. to drive the new DBX 707. I immediately clicked the link and RSVP’d. I received a follow up email that my spot was confirmed. 7/3 at 3:42, I receive an email saying all slots were full. I find that funny considering each day and time was available at the time I booked. Today 7/8, I receive another email to sign up for the drive. I clicked the link again and all Sunday slots were still available. I find that odd as those are the slots I picked for myself, and they are available.I realize my reservation being canceled had nothing to do with available slots. I feel had my skin been a different color and I was throwing money around, I would have received the slot to drive the DBX 707. Unfortunately I’m used to prejudice when shopping and purchasing high line vehicles.When the SUV originally came out, I expressed interest in it and mentioned I was willing to wait for a high-performance version even though one hadn’t been announced at the time. Now that time has arrived, I’m being pushed off by the dealer. No sweat, it’s clear my business isn’t wanted and my relationship with the dealer and Aston Martin as a company is tarnished.

I bought a brand new 2015 Aston Martin V12 Vantage S from them. The car had the notorious fuel lid door sticking and had to go back to the dealer several times for this. Presented this to corporate AM and they are unwilling to take any responsibility.

They sold me a car that looked new and freshly painted but then when I drove away I realised the roof leaked and it must have been sitting there for ages with no work done to it. Disappointing really considering the money I paid.

We bought a 2009 Aston Martin Vantage with about 11,000 miles on it. About 1200 miles later the clutch went out - a $5000 repair. The car was stated to have had a through inspection by the dealer in Newport Beach. One has to question their work! Would not go back to them.
